The house is located in a quiet area at an altitude of 500 m above sea level at the foot of Grabowiec 784 m above sea level, three kilometers from Karpacz. A stream flows next to it, and the forest rich in mushrooms is 100 m away. There are hiking trails nearby and a bicycle trail next to the house. Beautiful views all around. The house is fenced with a landscaped yard with a barbecue area.

Hiking, biking and cross-country skiing trails start nearby, and after a few kilometers (Karpacz, Mala and Velka Upa, Pec) there are ski slopes. The entire cottage is for rent. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room and a kitchen for up to 6 adults and 2 children. Pets are welcome.
