Each house is surrounded by a spacious terrace, has a fenced area, garden, playground and a place for a bonfire. Nearby, there are numerous walking paths, forests, meadows, beautiful views and clean air :-)

There are 3 new cottages located in a very mountainous area, at a comfortable distance from each other. Each has a spacious living room with a dining area and a fully equipped kitchenette.

House of Clouds and Mountains in Jeżów Sudeckim, 1.5 km from the Market Square in Jelenia Góra. To Karpacz 15 km, to Szklarska Poręba 18 km. The cottage consists of a living room with a sofa bed and a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, 2 double bedrooms, a large porch and a balcony. There is a beautiful garden, a dining shed with a brick grill and a fire pit, a playground with a treehouse, parking spaces. Fenced area, remote control gate, owners' home in the immediate vicinity.

Popielato - a house with a hot tub and fireplace

POPIELATO - a small house (35 m2) with whirlpool for 4 people on the outskirts of the village of Grudza - 15 minutes from Świeradów Zdrój, 30 minutes from Szklarska Poręba. From here you have a fantastic panorama of the Sudeten. The house has two separate bedrooms (including 1 on the mezzanine), kitchen, bathroom and living room. We have a fireplace and hot tub that is directly accessible from the large terrace. The firewood is at your disposal for free.

A secluded, original, charming place to stay and relax for both two and the family. Roe deer and a large number of different bird species are regular guests of the surrounding fields. Beautiful views of the Chojnik Castle and the Karkonosze Mountains. There are rural buildings and farms in the area. Close to hiking trails and great cycling routes :) Wi-Fi on site, high-speed fiber optic Internet :) I highly recommend it!
