The apartment is in an older barn building and there are two bedrooms on the upper floor, each with two 90 cm wide beds. The downstairs contains a bathroom with a washer and dryer as well as a combined living room and kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with fridge and freezer, microwave and oven and stove. In the living room, there is a sofa bed for two more beds. From the kitchen, there is an exit directly to the patio with barbecue facilities and outdoor furniture.

Huset ligger intill ett naturreservat och bara 50 meter till egen brygga. Hörvik har egna fiskrestauranger, glasskiosk, badstränder och gym med havsutsikt. 10 min bort med bil ligger en stormarknad med mataffär, restaurang, apotek och flera butiker. Sölvesborg ligger 20 minuters bilfärd bort, en vacker pittoresk stad.

In a beautifully preserved cultural house dating back to the 1750s, you will find yourself in the part of the city that once belonged to the seafaring people and fishing families. Close to the tourist office, archipelago traffic, swimming area, cinema, square and art and maritime museum. Everything within a five-minute walk.

We rent out our large wooden villa from the end of the 19th century during the summer. It is old and we have been renovating it during the last years. Now its almost finished, newly renovated in old style. The house is spacious with over three meters in ceiling height, old wooden floors and beutiful original windows. It is located just outside the city center and has a large garden and two parking spaces.
