Holiday rentals with lake access in Karlshamn Municipality

Very nice location far into the forest, away from traffic. More beautiful than in the pictures. Cozy house with everything you need for a cozy weekend or vacation. Martin was very accommodating and let us check in a few hours before the appointment, as our youngest son was sick.

Very nicely located and cozy house. Very well-equipped. Short walk to the sea. Especially the conservatory is very useful in the rain. There was Wi-Fi. The house did not have a wallbox for electric cars. Around the house is a garden to play or relax. The town of Pukavik is close to the highway, supermarket and beach are easily accessible by car. We had a very nice time as a family with two children. Please note: despite the cleaning fee, the floors and bathroom should be cleaned by the guest. We highly recommend the house.

We had a good Winther holiday stay with Mats in his nice and functional house. The house has all that you need and especially the outdoor SPA is nice and the basement bath and sauna works well. The kitchen is basic, but have what you need for cooking. The house is close to a beautiful scenic river - and there is some nice walks in the area. Karlshamn is also only a 15min drive away, so eating out or shopping is close. Only drawback with Matt’s house is the nearby road which is quite busy with some heavy traffic. But apart from that - we recommend this house for a nature stay.

We had a very nice stay the four nights and days we were here. There were all the amenities we needed and everything was in good condition. Recommended.

We were three couples renting this house for a weekend, we ate well and bathed between meals and enjoyed the quiet island. We are very satisfied with our stay at Åsa's house and hope we get the opportunity to rent next summer again. PS. we loved the decor and Åsa's ceramics ☀️

A peaceful, pretty and idyllic summer cottage. We had such a lovely relaxing weekend. The house is comfortable and stylish, and with a south facing deck over looking the river it was perfect to hang out in the sunshine. Our dog loved just pottering around and it felt safe for her. We loved swimming in the river and even took the canoe out which was easy to do and so relaxing. Thank you for a lovely stay, we’ve already booked to come back this summer! 🌸🌸🌸

We had a wonderful time at Emma's Airbnb! We stayed here during Sweden Rock festival. The Airbnb was a great retreat at the end of the day with its beautiful nature and private location. We would love to stay here again to properly explore the beautiful surroundings. The ability to rent linens from Emma and her family was also very helpful, since we flew into the country :D We traveled by car, and it was great being able to park in the driveway, as well as having grocery stores just a few minutes away. Emma always responded quickly to our questions and made sure we felt very welcome! Thank you for our stay!

We had a very relaxing and beautiful holiday in the middle of nature. Thomas was always available and super nice. The house with a large garden met all our expectations. Our dogs also felt very comfortable, as the garden is very large and the nearby lake is great for swimming.

The conservatory overlooking the Baltic Sea. Fantastically beautiful.

Beautifully located in the forest. It's teeming with blueberries. In the house there is everything you need, kitchen is also very well equipped. In the garden you have seating and lounging facilities and a fireplace. The lake with round boat and canoe is 300 m away. Great swimming lake also within walking distance. The water is jlar and warm. Here you can have a nice summer. The landlords are also very friendly.

The two weeks have flown by! The wonderful veranda allows you to sit outside every day. Children enjoyed the trampoline in the garden. Home with all the comforts and more! Everything is available, such as extra blankets, pepper and salt, toilet paper, detergent for dishwasher and washing machine. Bedrooms with very nice beds! We could borrow bikes which was also very nice. The area is wonderful and soothing. So many things in the neighborhood as the sea, lots of nature reserves and even a nice shopping mall a half hour drive away. Had a perfect vacation.

The cottage was wonderfully located in the nature of Sweden. There were two great lakes in the immediate vicinity. Bathing and boating were wonderfully within walking distance. The apartment is well equipped. We felt very comfortable. The kids enjoyed the many toys, sports equipment and vehicles. The landlord was super straightforward, helpful and friendly. We will be happy to come back. Highly recommend if you like to be in the nature.

I was in Sabine's house for a week with 4 friends and the whole week was a single dream, like from a picture book. The location is great to escape the stress and hustle and bustle of the city and everyday life. Within walking distance or by car is a beautiful lake that I would recommend to everyone. Sabine's house is superbly furnished to cook and bake and feel right at home. In the morning, the sun shines on the veranda, where you can have a great breakfast, at night you can wonderfully observe the stars. Cities such as Karlshamn are easily accessible by car. The contact with Sabine was easy and very friendly, everything worked out smoothly and easily. All 5 of us were absolutely thrilled with the house.

A nice place with two annex rooms and a bedroom as well as the possibility of overnight stays on stairs and in the living room. The house is located with a beautiful view from the covered terrace, which we used a lot. Jacob responded promptly with directions if we had any questions. All in all, a good experience
