The Lighthouse

The Lighthouse is a unique, romantic place on the South Coast. Stunning views, opposite a swimming and dog beach plus rock pools, it’s great for walks. With a comfy double bed and steep stairs, it’s private and quiet - brilliant on a sunny day, cosy in a storm. There's a fantastic cafe around the corner; shops are 10 minutes’ walk away. The main Island Bay bus stop is nearby with regular buses. It's a 9 minute drive to the airport and 15 minutes to downtown Wellington. Small dogs on request.

Otari Wilton Bush is over the road, Zealandia 2km away, and it’s a 10-min drive to Makara Peak. You've got a dedicated off road car park and you're 30 metres from a bus that runs at least every 30 minutes every day. You can cook, do laundry, and iron if you want to.

The Airstream has a double bed, and a dining area which converts to a single bed suitable for one adult or two small children. Nestled within Marsden Village at the city end of Karori, this townhouse has everything you would like for a treat weekend away or holiday stay in Wellington city. Guests are very welcome to make themselves at home. The CBD is approximately 10 minutes away by car. There is a bus stop at the end of the drive with a very convenient timetable. Buses run from very early in the morning until late at night.
