We want to regenerate vacant houses and make them a base to convey the charm of Kashiwa! With that in mind, we renovated the space to be cozy while preserving the good qualities of the old private house. There is a yuzu tree in the garden, which bears fruit from summer to winter. We named it "Yuzu no Ie" because it is also familiar to everyone in the neighborhood. ~ Floor Description ~ 1st Floor It was originally divided into 4 rooms, but we removed the walls and made it into an open floor of 20 tatami mats or more. "SUMIRE AOI HOUSE" is a small Japanese house. The basic structure of the house was designed in 1952 by Makoto Masuzawa, a leading architect in Japan. And the house was redesigned by Makoto Koizumi in 1999. I had lived 20 years with my family. The sense of space by the south-facing large windows and the stairwell, it will make you attracted. The area has some parks and fields, and it's leisurely. I can introduce nearby shops. Please spend your time like traveling daily life.

There is one shared door between our house and yours, but it is always locked to prevent people from going between the houses.
