However, due to outdoor temperatures, the water may feel cooler on colder days and swimming may not be comfortable. In July and August, the pool heating function is turned off. The gazebo (sunshade) curtains will be installed from mid-July through August. The villa spends huge sums of money and adopts the best building materials, representing the high-tech functional villas of the highest architectural standards in Japan.The construction area of 330 sqm took nearly two years from site selection in October 2017 to completion in February 2019. It has seven rooms and large living and dining rooms. There are two bathrooms and washrooms and two toilets, as well as a Japanese courtyard carefully designed by Japanese garden experts. The all-weather air purification and ventilation system of Japan's highest brand is installed, and the cleanest air is passed through the humidity and temperature control system through a special filter device. It is an old Japanese house. Entire house rental! Free parking on premises! It is also suitable for families, friends, and groups. The nearest station is Kashiwa Station on the JR Joban Line. It is a 10-minute walk to the station. There is a 24-hour convenience store within a 3-minute walk. Vacant houses are a problem in Japan. We want to regenerate vacant houses and make them a base to convey the charm of Kashiwa! With that in mind, we renovated the space to be cozy while preserving the good qualities of the old private house. There is a yuzu tree in the garden, which bears fruit from summer to winter. We named it "Yuzu no Ie" because it is also familiar to everyone in the neighborhood. ~ Floor Description ~ 1st Floor It was originally divided into 4 rooms, but we removed the walls and made it into an open floor of 20 tatami mats or more. It is finished as a warm space where you can feel the warmth of the wood. 2nd floor We have prepared two 6-tatami rooms for you to experience Japanese tatami culture.

A sunny 1DK room in Kashiwa City

It is located in a quiet residential area on the outskirts of Tokyo. It is a 36-year-old detached house with a store on the first floor and two apartments. We are renting out part of the second floor. The door to the main house is locked, so it is a private apartment. Please check the layout. A 34-square-meter one-bedroom apartment with a guest-only entrance via an outside staircase. A bright, south-facing 8 tatami-mat bedroom, a 6 tatami-mat dining room and kitchen, a bathroom, and a toilet with a heated seat. For security reasons, a security camera is installed at the entrance on the second floor. 25 minutes from Ueno to Kashiwa on the Joban Line, 3 minutes from Kashiwa to Shin-Kashiwa on the Tobu Urban Line, 7 minutes on foot from Shinkashiwa Station.
