Holiday rentals with beach access in Kata Beach

It was a great stay and I would recommend this to anyone that is going to be in Phuket.

I loved our stay here. Check in was smooth and the staff is very nice and responsive. We loved how close we were to a lot of the places we planned on visiting. The unit itself is beautiful and spacious and has everything you need for a long term stay. Highly recommend!!

Overall we had a lovely stay. The villa is spacious, has good aircon/fan facilities, a ton of toys for the little ones, pleasant pool and literally less than 1 minute walk to the beach. It was a very comfortable stay for my family and I. We enjoyed time in the pool and on the beach right in front of the villa as well as the beach club next door. The beach was never busy which is huge in a place like Phuket and we would definitely consider it again. The only thing that wasnt great is that staff walks in and out for cleaning without any notice making it feel a little less private. Because the villa is on a busy pathway, there will be constantly people walking by the property. Nevertheless, we had a great time and would definitely consider booking again!

We stayed at Joey’s place for a week and we loved everything. He was very responsive and answered all our questions quickly. The house is close to the city center, everything is easily accessible. We had no complaints. Thank you, Joey!

Amazing stay here, possibly the best apartment in Kamala, stunning views, great rooms, it’s quite luxurious. Host is a great communicator, stayed here for 11 days and was readily available at all times.

We stayed here for one month and it was perfect ! The service was incredible, the hosts were super attentive. The apartment has a gorgeous view of the sunset and the town, and there is plenty of stuff to do within walkable distance. We look forward to returning. We really enjoyed our stay in Phuket. The house is really close to the beach and it's a quiet area. Ross was also quite helpful and very responsive. The only negative point was the mosquitoes, thankfully there was some products at the villa to help with that. Thanks for having us!

One of the best homes I have stayed at, beautiful location overlooking the ocean. A great beach nearby where you can walk to and in a 20 minute drive to the Phuket Old Town. Sukee is a fabulous host, had snacks stocked up and had a curated list of recommendations. Overall a wonderful stay and will recommend to others.

Egbert's place was a dream Airbnb and we are so grateful to have found the place. The Airbnb itself was clean, well-organized, had plenty of amenities and included so much space! The bed was comfortable and the living room was super cozy with the best views! It looked straight out of a magazine. We loved hanging out on the balconies for breakfast and just relaxing before or after our day trips! Communication with Egbert was easy and seamless and the instructions to get to and from the place were easy to understand. As for the location, we couldn't have picked a better spot. It was close to great restaurants, our beach day trips, and shopping. The lot itself was private and quiet! It truly felt like a home away from home and we only wish we could have stayed longer. We hope to travel back to Phuket, and we would most definitely stay here again! As hosts ourselves back in New York, we truly appreciate having a great Airbnb experience on vacation! I had a great experience staying at this villa. The house was beautiful—modern, clean, and felt very secure. The hosts and staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, even allowing me to check in a bit earlier than the usual time. Phuket is amazing! We loved our stay at this beautiful beachside villa. There are restaurants all along the road, massage parlor next door, and moped rentals across the street. The villa itself was very clean and well-maintained (the AC saved us from the crazy heat). We loved our stay here and would highly recommend it!

Our stay at this appartment was absolutely incredible! It was wonderfully large, spacious, and clean – a true sanctuary. The location is simply amazing, a peaceful pastoral setting right in front of a lake, and few minutes away from a beautiful beach. It was the perfect blend of tranquility and convenience. We loved being able to take a short drive to explore all the tourist attractions and then return to the peaceful calm of our apartment. Chonnacha is truly incredible such a kind person. And Jep was equally caring and beyond professional. The property is stunning, the view is breathtaking, the location is so private but also very close to the beach and local shops. The property has an amazing feeling and energy, and I felt so safe there. It is truly value for money and people should book this place because it is an unforgettable experience.

Lovely place and amazing sunset view from the terrace. Had not 1 but 2 swimming pools. Its on a hill and walking to Karon beach (approx 10-15 min) felt a bit hairy sometimes as there is no pavement on the main road. Host was very responsive overall with check in and helped book taxi after check out.

Very nice place. Bowie was very helpful. The appartment was very clean, with all the necessary equipment. The pool is cool, and you have all kind of shops and stores nearby. I recommend !
