House holiday rentals in Kata Noi Beach

Wir waren eine Gruppe von 11 Leuten. Die Villa war in einem Top Zustand, super sauber und mit einer tollen Ausstattung und genug Platz für alle. Insgesamt wurden unsere Erwartungen übertroffen! Der Gastgeber Lothar war super freundlich, jederzeit erreichbar und hat uns sehr viele hilfreiche Tipps und Empfehlungen gegeben. Zudem gab es für jedes Anliegen einen Ansprechpartner, was sehr unkompliziert über den Villa Manager organisiert wurde. Die Villa ist in einer gesicherten / überwachten Siedlung gelegen, was einem ein sehr sicheres Gefühl gegeben hat. Die Wege zum Strand, Restaurant und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten waren recht kurz und alles ist super zu erreichen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder und können die Villa Carlos absolut empfehlen!

Highly recommend a stay here for your vacation or travel in Phuket, Alexandre the host was always responsive and respectfully. The property is as listed on the photos and is very beautiful and private with an amazing indoor pool and beach access right infront . Absolutely loved this place. The host Jennifer is extremely communicative and helpful. Make sure that we had everything that we needed. She’s super accommodating. Make sure we have lots of recommendations in terms of restaurants things to do. I will definitely be booking this Airbnb again and recommending to others. Amazing experience 10 out of 10.

The villa was amazing and had all amenities! We really enjoyed the pool too. The place was beautiful, spacious and very clean. The housekeeper Goi was sweet and very helpful. She gifted us fresh sweet mangoes on our last day there! Overall an amazing stay and experience, would definitely want to stay there the next time we visit the area

My friends and I had such a great stay in Rawai. The place was beautiful, very clean and cozy, and exactly as described. The location was quiet but still close to everything we needed. The host was kind and helpful, which made the experience even better. We would definitely stay here again!

Sehr schönes bungalow mit Pool, der Pool wird 2x wöchentlich professionell gereinigt. Anbieter hat eine WA-Gruppe gemacht in der alles in Minuten geklärt werden konnte wie zb. Einen Roller zu bekommen der in die Unterkunft geliefert wurde. Alles bestens, danke!

My friend and I came on holiday to take a break from work. Armin is a very attentive and hospitable host. He met us, showed the house and told us everything about it. The villa is magnificent. There is everything you need for a comfortable stay. Everything is thought out to the smallest detail. There is a great kitchen for those who like to cook. I especially want to note the cleanliness of the place and daily cleaning service. The backyard is cozy with a barbecue area and a wonderful pool, a large table and chairs for all guests. This place is a little paradise. We will be glad to stay here again!

Great place to stay with friends. We enjoyed hanging out at the beach and the pool, and watching all of the geckos and toads in the yard at night! The location feels private and safe. There are just a few neighbors and usually just a few other people at the beach. The neighbor dogs came over to visit and they were very sweet. Just a few minutes drive to the restaurants and shops in Rawaii, and about 20-30 min drive to Kata. Make sure you have water shoes to swim at the beach, because there are rocks and coral. Also probably a good idea to have an SUV for the bumpy driveway.

The house was absolutely amazing with a relaxing ambiance, pictures do not do this place justice. We loved spending time outside by the pool and in the garden watching the wildlife. The house is situated in a peaceful, quiet neighborhood away from noise, we liked the privacy. Inside the clean living area is spacious with a huge spotless kitchen. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The host was very friendly and responsive allowing flexible check in/out times . The house is perfect for a family vacation or a couple looking for a quiet place with privacy.

Just returned home from a lovely stay in Abby’s Hideaway Phuket. We booked for a family holiday (2 adults and 2 kids) Karn was very helpful from the first contact up until we left. The villa is up a nice quiet Soi on a busy road that leads to Nai Harn beach. So many restaurants/coffee shops and massage places nearby that you could never try them all. Villa is nice and spacious and has a lovely outdoor space with a nice deep pool. Bedrooms have nice big beds and plenty of wardrobe space. Kitchen has everything you would need and there is a bbq outside. Karn is a great host and we wouldn’t hesitate to book Abby’s hideaway again

The stay was very pleasant! In the evenings, there were some insects, but that’s completely normal when living in this kind of environment. The house has a lot of charm and a cozy atmosphere. All the amenities were exactly as described. Cleaning was done daily. The area is very peaceful. Keep in mind that getting around usually requires a means of transport like a scooter or a car, as many places are a bit of a distance away and the terrain is quite hilly. Aside from that, the property has its own unique vibe. Highly recommended!

My family and I had a pleasant stay, there was 10 of us— the place was clean, tidy, and well-maintained. The host was very responsive and accommodating, which made the experience smooth and stress-free. One thing to note is that there’s a noisy bar right next door that stays open late, which might be a concern for light sleepers. The location is a bit secluded, so you’ll need to rely on taxis or rideshares to get around. Overall, a good stay if you’re okay with a bit of nightlife nearby and don’t mind traveling for access to amenities.

Egbert's place was a dream Airbnb and we are so grateful to have found the place. The Airbnb itself was clean, well-organized, had plenty of amenities and included so much space! The bed was comfortable and the living room was super cozy with the best views! It looked straight out of a magazine. We loved hanging out on the balconies for breakfast and just relaxing before or after our day trips! Communication with Egbert was easy and seamless and the instructions to get to and from the place were easy to understand. As for the location, we couldn't have picked a better spot. It was close to great restaurants, our beach day trips, and shopping. The lot itself was private and quiet! It truly felt like a home away from home and we only wish we could have stayed longer. We hope to travel back to Phuket, and we would most definitely stay here again! As hosts ourselves back in New York, we truly appreciate having a great Airbnb experience on vacation! This place is wonderful. its even more beautiful in real life. The view is sensational. it's also great being connected to the restaurant as the food and cocktails are first class. if I was to get married again I would get married on the beach, stay at the amazing house and party at the restaurant 😁

Phuket is amazing! We loved our stay at this beautiful beachside villa. There are restaurants all along the road, massage parlor next door, and moped rentals across the street. The villa itself was very clean and well-maintained (the AC saved us from the crazy heat). We loved our stay here and would highly recommend it!

Janjira's property exceeded our expectations! The place was spotless clean, and the pool area was perfect for cooling off during the hot afternoons. The location was premium—close to beautiful beaches, great restaurants, and supermarkets—yet tucked away on a quiet side street, free from traffic and noise. Communication with the host was flawless, and their recommendations were spot-on. The property itself felt premium, with all the amenities we needed. We will definitely book again!

We were staying 27March-6April, amazing host and stuff, very polite, positive and super helpful. Always in touch, very fast in terms of response and actions in case we needed smth. The house was truly great, very clean and tidy. Pool is quite big with clean water and pool towels. Villa was fully equipped with everything you need to spend your vacation with no fuss, the only thing we were missing is a dishwash machine in the kitchen. There also was a grill area outside the villa. Also I need to mention chef Jason, the food he made was absolutely delicious, you can not only use the predefined menu but select your own dishes and he will cook it for you. The prices were very friendly keeping in mind the level of quality and taste. Surin beach is 10 minutes walk from the villa, all the shops are in walkable distance, pharmacies and some decent cafes as well. So in general great place, definitely worth to come back and stay again. Thank you very much Florian and Cynthia for your hospitality!

Wow - this place is amazing and for the price it’s excellent value for money! Just everything was perfect and having such nice kitchenware, wine glasses, stunning artwork and fixtures throughout, and a dishwasher. It has all the mod cons like fire sticks in all the TVs, ceiling fans and multiple a/c units, it just really felt like home. The pool is a great size and a perfect temperature with comfy outside seating areas with nice loungers and dining table with a huge umbrella. Although the beautiful Nai Harn beach is just 5 minutes in a taxi away, it’s hard to leave the villa although I do recommend Nai Harn beach. Fantastic local and western restaurants (Nibe and Wine Connection were our faves) very close by as well as a small shop and 7Eleven you can walk to in 5 minutes. If you are looking for a private beautiful stay that feels like home, this is the place. I honestly can’t fault it. Thank you so much for making our holiday so special, Kubu Villa. I will 100% be coming back!

My Family of 2 adults, 2 kids (7&5yo) had a fantastic stay at the property. I was in Phuket for work and my family joined for a holiday. Alexandre was super responsive and helpful with any questions that we had both before and during our stay. The location is close enough to a range of restaurants and amenities to mean only a short drive but far enough away to ensure a peaceful stay, away from the noise of traffic etc. The pool was well maintained and all the rooms were spotlessly clean. Beds were comfy and all showers had hot water throughout. A full kitchen means you have the flexibility to cook or eat out and there are hundreds of restaurants to order a Grab from. The property was secure with ample parking for bikes and cars. I would highly recommend this property and would not hesitate to stay again.

Mark was very accommodating and when the villa we booked had electrical issues, he upgraded us to one of his bigger villas. Highly recommend

Uns hat der Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen. Das airbnb ist wunderschön und der Kontakt zu Peppe war immer positiv. Er hat uns schnell bei Fragen geantwortet und geholfen. Besonders toll war auch, dass Mr. Nut uns am Flughafen abgeholt und zum Airbnb gefahren hat. Außerdem hat er uns gute Tipps für Restaurants und alles weitere gegeben. Unsere Zimmer wurden alle zwei Tage gereinigt. Der Pool war wunderschön und man konnte mit dem Grab oder zu Fuß vieles erreichen. Wir können dieses airbnb sehr empfehlen.

Très belle maison, plus grande en vrai que sur les photos. Chaque chambre a une grande salle de bain et des toilettes. Piscine suffisamment grande et surtout profonde (1,90m) c’est très appréciable. Super Service de nettoyage maison + piscine. Maison super bien équipé, il y a juste une télé dans le salon. On aurait bien aimé en avoir une en plus dans une des chambres. Maison situé au calme avec des arbres qui entourent la maison. On a pu voir des écureuils géants, toutes sortent d’oiseaux, de lézards, même un varan. On est dans la nature mais proche de tout ce qu’il faut le quartier est génial. Le salon de massage le plus proche est magnifique. La maison est proche des plus belles plages. Nous recommandons cette maison incroyable.
