Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Kata Noi Beach

Gastgeber sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Insbesondere die Dame, die die Übergabe gemacht hat. Kameras zur eigenen Sicherheit vorhanden. Leider aber auch im Poolbereich. Aber auf Anfrage und Wunsch wurden die Kameras von dem Poolbereich weggedreht, wodurch die Privatsphäre geschützt wurde. Das Nachbarhaus hat eine Kamera, die etwas in den Sitzbereich am Pool aufnehmen kann. Ansonsten sehr zufrieden. Gastgeber konnte uns auch eine gute Vermietung für ein Auto empfehlen. Die Lage ist allerdings etwas „außerhalb“. Man bräuchte ein Auto oder ein Scooter. Grab/Taxi ist natürlich auch eine Option. Vielen Dank für alles.

Me and my family loved this home and will definitely be returning. Even with a late check-in Jen and Gib made instructions clear and we had no issues finding or getting into the villa. Every room was clean and just as pictured. We loved how the pool was maintained during our stay and all the amenities of the home. Cleaners came once during our stay to clean and replenish towels as established in the terms. While the villa is on a bit of a steep hill it offers a great views. I would just be mindful when ordering transportation as you might have to walk down the hill since some vehicles can’t make it all the way up. We only had two mishaps there where the power was off one day from 9am to 5pm due to the town doing work on power lines and a small leak that occurred in the master bedroom sink. The power outage was informed to us two days in advance and the sink was repaired the same day of discovery of the leak. Overall I would recommend this home and appreciate all Jen and Gibs help.

Hi.. The view from the villa is amazing.... worth the money spent... The villa has 4 beautiful rooms and an amazing terrace...Maid visits daily for upkeep and she is friendly.... Pool is very small so didn't use it...We used Bolt app to travel around..and the taxi's dropped us right at the entrance of Villa. Except for the steep climb to the villa rest everything is excellent in this location.

We stayed for two weeks, host was really responsive with our questions, location was really quiet, villa was great in amazing condition and very brand new. Housekeeping were always available and pool cleaning also. had an amazing time during our stay.

My friends and I had such a great stay in Rawai. The place was beautiful, very clean and cozy, and exactly as described. The location was quiet but still close to everything we needed. The host was kind and helpful, which made the experience even better. We would definitely stay here again!

We absolutely loved our stay at the 8 Villa Residence. The Villa was better in person than the photos, if that’s even possible! Our hosts Ben & Julian were amazing. They were really helpful before & during our trip. Assisting with airport transfers, arranging in villa massages and helping with recommendations. We will 100% be back. Thank you 🙏🏻

Egbert's place was a dream Airbnb and we are so grateful to have found the place. The Airbnb itself was clean, well-organized, had plenty of amenities and included so much space! The bed was comfortable and the living room was super cozy with the best views! It looked straight out of a magazine. We loved hanging out on the balconies for breakfast and just relaxing before or after our day trips! Communication with Egbert was easy and seamless and the instructions to get to and from the place were easy to understand. As for the location, we couldn't have picked a better spot. It was close to great restaurants, our beach day trips, and shopping. The lot itself was private and quiet! It truly felt like a home away from home and we only wish we could have stayed longer. We hope to travel back to Phuket, and we would most definitely stay here again! As hosts ourselves back in New York, we truly appreciate having a great Airbnb experience on vacation! Benoit was truly helpful, our family was travelling with a 9 month old and he arranged all baby necessities. The villa was spacious, quiet and clean. Benoit also provided helpful suggestions and activities around the area. we had a great time

Perfect place for a family of 5-6 people. Despite a little bit of stairs for our unit but well worth it for everything else. Nina and the team made sure we were happy with everything. Beautiful place with great view and kitchen and living room space. Definitely recommend if you looking for something private and quiet getaway.

What a wonderful slice of paradise! The view is absolutely gorgeous. The ocean is very calm and easy to swim in. The location is perfect as there are many restaurants and things to do within walking distance. (Ao You Seaside has the BEST Pad Thai). I absolutely loved the area. Bed was comfy, kitchen had a lot of appliances if you prefer to cook. Grab can be ordered to your door. One of my favorite Airbnb’s I have ever been to. Hopefully can come back someday!

Joy is a wonderful host and very open to communication. The apartment is spotlessly clean — hotel-standard. The bedrooms are quiet and comfortable, so we slept really well. The living room and all areas are spacious, and we truly enjoyed spending time at the house. There are two rooms with king-size beds, which are perfect for families. A few restaurants and mini-marts are nearby, so it's easy to get groceries and meals. I especially recommend the Sweet Chilli restaurant — it’s within walking distance, serves tasty food, and the staff are very warm and welcoming. If we come back to Karon Beach, we’d definitely stay here again. This stay made our whole trip more comfortable and enjoyable.

My family and myself have stayed at Sunset Plaza before and love the location. Dr Supot's place is very clean and he and his team is very responsive. The AC in the 2nd room was leaking probably due to condensation and I sent them a message in the middle of the night at 2am. I was not expecting a reply but to my surprise, I received a reply and was assured that they will have someone come to take a look at it later that day. It was indeed settled. Location wise, it is up a somewhat steep slope and that gave us the beautiful view of the sunset every evening we were there. Will definitely look forward to our next stay there.

Great Host, very polite and responsive. Always willing to help and puts the customers perspective first. The apartment is cozy, well decorated and comfortable. Best for a couple, great swimming pool views, nice location near Patong. It is to be noted that it is on a hill but it's not a long hike. Thanks for everything, 100% recommend.

This is the kind of Host one craves on airbnb. Mary, from the get go provides all the options you want, the absolute perfect description to the most minute detail and the flexibility options should plans change. From communication to the welcome received, I highly rate this apartment for its cleanliness and location. Yes it is up a steep hill, so not ideal for everyone, but a hired scooter or car helps out with that. All the amenities one needs are available, so it's pretty ideal for a homebody who just wants to hang out at home all day. I thank Mary and her team for the great welcome.

We had a wonderful stay at Yorch’s place! From the moment we booked, she was incredibly professional, helpful, and full of great recommendations that made planning our trip so much easier. The apartment itself was clean, spacious, and perfect not just for sleeping but also for relaxing and spending a full day in if needed. The location is fantastic as it just a short walk to Bang Tao Beach and around 10 minutes on foot to a supermarket, which made everything super convenient. Yorch was always quick to respond to our messages and went out of her way to accommodate our requests. Her local tips were spot-on and made our Phuket experience even better.Just a note that it is a bit further from the central area of Phuket. Highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting Phuket!

Beautiful apartment. Easy building to stay at. Beautiful beach views as described. So much to do around the building and like 7 minute walk to Bangla street for nightlife. Felt very safe

Chonnacha is truly incredible such a kind person. And Jep was equally caring and beyond professional. The property is stunning, the view is breathtaking, the location is so private but also very close to the beach and local shops. The property has an amazing feeling and energy, and I felt so safe there. It is truly value for money and people should book this place because it is an unforgettable experience.

The accomodation looks great in the photos but is even better in reality! I was so impressed when walking into the apartment. Absolutely spotless and the hosts are awesome. Great communication - extremely friendly and were always super quick to reply with anything I needed. The location is also perfect - you are only a couple of minutes away from the beach, Bangtao gym and Swag Food co. Can’t wait to come back. Epic holiday!

Peaceful, Cool, and Perfect for a Solo Getaway This place was absolutely lovely—peaceful, quiet, and the perfect size for 1–2 travelers. The rooms stayed cool for long periods, which made it incredibly comfortable, even during the hotter parts of the day. I spent my evenings relaxing and studying here, and the calm environment really helped me stay focused. Shops and essentials were all within easy reach—just a short walk or bike ride away. One of the highlights of my stay was the kindness of the hosts. They were so welcoming and even gave me a ride to Nai Harn Beach, which made for a truly memorable experience.
