Holiday rentals with beach access in Kathu

This was our first trip to Phuket, and Kelly made it unforgettable! Host was always responsive and even helped us call an ambulance - so grateful. The apartment is clean and bright, with a comfy bed, AC, and a balcony with mountain views. Two pools, free parking, and a perfect location: 7/11, shops, massage places nearby. Just 10 min walk to the beach and Bangla Road, yet very quiet. Super easy check-in/out. Would love to come back in high season!

Darinee is a very great woman who made our stay very special. We felt very comfortable since the first second. The room was cleaned every day and we were given support in every way. It was exactly what we imagined, a quiet place where we could relax. 5 min to the most beautiful beach, thanks to Darin's recommendation. We will definitely be back.

We would like to say a big thank you to Ramon. He and Mariz went beyond and provided us with everything we asked for. Our kids had a good time at the pool and we had a great time at the villa. The best was listening to the waves when going to sleep. We can recommend the place.

Excellent apartment with incredible views, we had a fantastic stay from start to finish. Rourke was responsive and helpful, and sorted the small issue with no hot water in the apartment quickly. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking to be located relatively close to Patong but away from the crowds. Amazing!

Considering this is right smack back in the middle of Bangla Road, you don't hear a thing once in the room. Brilliant location and really good apartment if you want to be central to everything. Alex was a great host too with clear check in instructions and was always quick to reply with any questions I had. Very helpful and he made the whole process a breeze. I would recommend staying here.

Great place to stay!!! Everything was perfect and the maintenance and response time was so much appreciated. The hot tub doesn’t get hot or maybe I wasn’t pressing the right buttons but it was too hot for one anyway. Thank you so much for hosting us!

Great place to stay when in bang Tao

The house was simply wonderful. We stayed with my family for a week and everything was clean and tidy. The price was very affordable, the villa was extremely luxurious and comfortable, and it was within walking distance to everywhere in Kamala. The host and the staff helped with everything. The pool is bigger than the photo. I definitely recommend it. We stayed as 5 families and it was very good in terms of privacy. Thank you.

This was a clean and pleasant stay! Relatively convenient and well priced compared to other equivalent lodging (if you have a car). The rooms and kitchen were well equipped with necessities. Recommended to stay!

We stayed for a week at Piotr’s villa and had wonderful time. The view of mountains is spectacular. The villa is clean and spacious. Piotr is very helpful and friendly. Highly recommended for anyone who is looking for a peaceful and quiet place.

We had a wonderful stay of 9 nights at Bangtao Sweet Home. Our host was extremely helpful and looked after us like family. She even assisted us in booking a trip. She arrived when we arrived to show us everything and we were offered a taxi from the airport. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, with many cute cafes around. We particularly enjoyed walking around 20 mins to the closest beach clubs. The location of sweet home was ideal as it’s near the west side of the island where you can see a beautiful sunset over the sea. We truly felt looked after on this trip, and we would recommend to all. It is very private and secure. The hot tub was a lovely touch and very relaxing. We found this place to be the perfect size for two people. When we took a taxi out and about we would recommend to have it picked up from the road rather than the apartment as it’s quite difficult for the car to get to, unless it you are using a motorbike. Thank you for a lovely trip! We can’t wait to come back.

Nammon is a great host. She is responsive, friendly & considerste with your needs. The place has almost everything you need. What we liked was that the villa was spotless. We were surprised how clean the bathroom, pool & lawn areas were. The place gives you a sunset view, a panaromic greenery view & a peaceful surrounding. We were in love with this place the moment we stepped in & we are sure so will you. Definitely a must visit if you looking for an isolated peaceful green surrounding. I had a great experience staying at this villa. The house was beautiful—modern, clean, and felt very secure. The hosts and staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, even allowing me to check in a bit earlier than the usual time. This place is wonderful. its even more beautiful in real life. The view is sensational. it's also great being connected to the restaurant as the food and cocktails are first class. if I was to get married again I would get married on the beach, stay at the amazing house and party at the restaurant 😁

Our stay at this appartment was absolutely incredible! It was wonderfully large, spacious, and clean – a true sanctuary. The location is simply amazing, a peaceful pastoral setting right in front of a lake, and few minutes away from a beautiful beach. It was the perfect blend of tranquility and convenience. We loved being able to take a short drive to explore all the tourist attractions and then return to the peaceful calm of our apartment. We highly recommend this Airbnb for anyone looking for a truly relaxing and rejuvenating getaway!

Supercalifragilistic! That’s the only way I can describe the host, seriously. I had an early morning flight, and the host arranged a private driver to take me to a few places that would take some time. One of those places was a massage parlor. I was also able to do an early check-in. The place was really clean. There are plenty of mini markets, restaurants, and souvenir shops within walking distance. I would definitely recommend this Airbnb.

Great location….quiet and peaceful. Construction was as stated but didn’t disturb our rest. Few unexpected surprises but Heinz and Ar were very helpful and responsive…do appreciative of that. Would stay here again
