Holiday rentals with a patio in Kato Paphos

We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making check-in smooth and stress-free. The location was perfect, close to everything I needed. I especially appreciated the thoughtful touches like coffee and local recommendations. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

We stayed at Ocean Wings apartment for 7 nights and had a fantastic experience. Julia and Jody were excellent hosts – we were met on arrival, shown around the apartment, and made to feel very welcome. The apartment itself was lovely, spotlessly clean, and the welcome pack was a thoughtful touch. The location was perfect for us – we couldn’t have asked for more. Would love to return one day!

The apartment is tucked away on a quiet street while still being convenient to everything. The host was responsive and truly thoughtful, making the stay even more enjoyable. The Villa was beautiful with great amenities and plenty of space. We visited as a family of 5 and booked very last minute, the Villa Group were very responsive and accommodating in getting the villa ready at such short notice. We visited Paphos for our friend’s wedding locally and we are so glad we found Svetlana’s place to stay. We enjoyed sitting by the pool most of the time and nearby walks along the beach. Some nice family friendly restaurants nearby too. We had a great week.

We were very happy to be guests at Emmanouel's and felt very comfortable. A very nicely furnished apartment with style and good amenities. Very comfortable, everything we needed was there. The location is a bit off the beaten track in a quiet location with wonderful views! Having a private pool is fun! Absolutely recommended

We had a great time during our stay in Cyprus. The house was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed for a comfortable vacation. The location is good—quiet and convenient if you have a car. However, we did notice a few things that could be improved. The mattresses were quite hard, and both the beds and doors made a lot of noise, which affected our sleep a bit. Also, the pillows were quite worn out and could use replacing. Aside from that, everything was perfect, and we really enjoyed our time there. With a few small improvements, this place would be ideal!

Great place to stay. Far enough from the bars and restaurants for the noise but only a 5 minute walk to everything. Lovely 2 bed house with all the creature comforts you'd expect and want. Supermarket just 2 minutes walk and fantastic places to eat. Close to the harbour. Host was friendly and arranged airport transfers, and very responsive (I needed more towels). Cannot recommend this place enough. Fantastic.

The apartment was exactly as described. Beautiful decorated inside with a lot of thought gone into the finer details. extremely clear instructions interms of checking in, finding the property and details about water heaters, ac’s etc. great kitchen, fully equipped with everything you could need.

We loved our stay in Tala. Savvas and Helen were great hosts who keep a pristine flat and stay in regular contact. The flat itself had everything we needed, with the little details making a world of difference. The shared pool we had to ourselves for most of the trip. Tala is a charming village with some great, family-run tavernas and a central bar. Highly recommended. Thank you both!

Very friendly owner, got quick responses from owner when asked question. Pool is great addition outside when wanting a lazy day in. Inaccurate pool measures on shallow end it says 0.8 meters, my son is 1 meter high and water was covering him. Nothing that is anyone’s fault just wrong mesures. Quick access to coral beach, Aphrodite waterpark, zoo and Adonis waterfalls- although steep way through mountains to get to. :) Overall experience very happy! Thank you for having us :)

We had a most enjoyable holiday in Paphos, Cyprus. Demetri is a great host. He is easy to communicate with and quick to respond to all enquiries. The property is very nice and clean. Location wise, the property is a 'stone throw' away from many restaurants and amenities. The supermarket is 5 minutes walking. The harbour / swimming is about 3 minutes walking. Caffe Nero is less than a one minute walk. A great central location, close to everything Thank you again Demetri... we enjoyed your hospitality, with much appreciation, Abi and family

Great location with amazing view

We had a lovely time during our stay. Our host could not have been more attentive and helpful during the whole stay. The airbnb was just what we needed for our week stay, equipped with all the essential and extra like beach gear, cards, cool bags etc. the garden/court yard area was perfect - super private space that felt individual from the others. We had an amazing time, thank you so much. Really made our holiday special.

The accommodation was very clean and spacious. It had a nice big balcony with a large table and four chairs. Everything was exactly as Alexander described it. I can highly recommend and would happily book it again.

we loved Blue Nest. The house is large enough for 4 people. Furnishings cozy and cozy. Nice that each bedroom has a bathroom. Pool large and located in a beautiful green garden with trees and flowers. We were almost always alone at the pool. Edita always responded quickly, very nice. We ourselves were not so away from the village of Mandria but Paphos, on the other hand, we liked it. Thank you Edita!
