Holiday rentals with a patio in Katoomba

Darren & Deb were so welcoming and inclusive, helpful, fun, entertaining and really down to earth! Introduced their family and welcomed us to the live music night onsite! We swam off the jetty went in the boat saw the horses next door and drove to Windsor races too. We had cocktails in the sun on the balcony as well! Thankyou guys for a nostalgic waterskiing visit to The Hawkesbury! WE LOVE THE SPEEDBOAT BAR TOO! 🥳😎

We stayed at Glenn & Ashley’s, whilst my kids were at a sporting event at Anne Aquilina Reserve, (it was only a 15-20 minute drive most days, & an easy run; would highly recommend to stay here for any other families, with future sporting events). The apartment was absolutely immaculate, & had everything we needed; including cooking utensils, cleaning products, extra towels/linen & easy to use washing machine, dryer & dishwasher. The large bedrooms offered a retreat for my kids to unwind & have their own space, whilst I sat down with a book & a wine on the balcony & my husband watched the footy in the lounge room 🙌 G&A were amazing hosts; suggesting places to go & checking in to ensure we didn’t need anything more. This apartment felt like a home away from home, & if it isn’t obvious already, I would most definitely & highly recommend to stay here. Thank you for our stay, Glenn and Ashley 😊

Thank you for hosting us in your beautiful loft. The space was incredibly spacious, inviting, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we could possibly need. We especially loved the spa bath and cosy fireplace, perfect for relaxing and unwinding. It was a truly comfortable and memorable stay. We’ll definitely be back!

Accommodation was truly a retreat with bushland surrounds providing a stunning backdrop. Liam thoughtfully supplied the essentials (aka coffee machine and pods) among other things. We will definitely stay again xx

My husband and I had a wonderful weekend away and would absolutely recommend staying here. The hosts were so welcoming and had thoughtfully left the heater on for us, for when we arrived… they also provided a delicious home made breakfast basket for us, including some yummy extra banana bread. The property was beautiful and peaceful and the bed was extremely comfy too. We would definitely stay here again for another trip to the blue mountains. Thanks Kerry and Noelene!!

Deana and her husband are fantastic hosts, flexible and incredibly accommodating. The unit itself is modern and clean with a location that is extremely convenient to shops and public transport. This stay is my second at this location, and I'll no doubt return for a third!

I had a wonderful stay. The weather wasn’t on my side but didn’t spoil my stay. Chloe was extremely helpful when I had a car issue when I was leaving.

Large, beautiful house, even better than the photos. Comfortable beds, fine finishes, high quality appliances. Good heating. Very clean. Great location. Excellent value. Would definitely stay again.

We had a great long weekend getaway in Katoomba, the cottage was cosy and had everything we needed. Barry was very responsive and gave us some handy local recommendations.

Sunny was absolutely fantastic. We arrived to. Beautiful note, we are so glad we stayed here and we would 100 percent return next time we are down of sunny would have us. The home is immaculate, I cannot describe how clean the home is, it’s beautiful. We honestly did not expect this quality and care from an air bnb. I would highly recommend to anyone staying in the western suburbs of Sydney to stay here even if you need to travel a bit to get to larger shops it’s so worth it. Great place with amazing view. We especially enjoyed the fireplace, as we were in winter and it was quite chill outside.

Tranquil and beautiful. A wonderful getaway from bustling of the cityscape into the calmness of the mountains. Elle is an exceptional host who goes miles and beyond to make sure things are perfect during your stay. This place is an absolute gem and I highly recommend it.

This is a lovely and comfortable property, privately in the bush but not far from Blackheath. We enjoyed the pizza oven, hot tub, bushwalks on the property and the lounges and day beds which were perfect to snuggle up on while enjoying the warmth from the fires. We had a minor issue with the gas hose to the pizza oven but communication with the owners was very prompt and we sorted things out quickly and with no hassles. The house is quite a groovy design with passive features which were interesting to understand. And the instruction book for guests was comprehensive - their guide to local activities, attractions and eateries was lengthy and very helpful. We'd happily come back some time...
