We rent out a newly built and bright 1-bedroom apartment in the basement of our townhouse. The apartment has a separate entrance, living room with sofa bed and bathroom. There is in-floor heat and balanced ventilation in all rooms. It comes with parking space for passenger car on the plot. Granåsen ski resort is a 5 min drive by car or about a 20 min walk away. To the city center in Trondheim it takes about 17 min by bus/car/tram. The bus stop is 3 minutes walk from the apartment and the tram stop is 6 minutes walk from us.

Idyllic place in the forest with sauna!

Here you can really get away from city noise. Ski trails are rigt behind the corner and you can enjoy a hot sauna after a long day outdoor. We live upstairs in the house, but we rent out a simple independent apartment in the groundfloor. In December 2021 we refurbished it with a new bathroom, sauna and kitchenette. Although the house seems remote, it's only a 15/20 minutes walk to the tram that takes you directly to the city center. Let us know if there is anything you'd like to know! :-)

The basement apartment is bright and cosy, with approved escape window in bedrooms.Byåsveien is well trafficked, but indoors it is quiet. Apartment is located just outside the city center, about 35 minutes walk to the city and with very frequent bus departures from stop about 200 meters away. At the same time, it is only a 10 minute walk to Bymarka with miles of hiking trails, ski slopes and several nice bathing waters. Private entrance with key box(code).
