Welkom in onze recent (juli 2025) verbouwde Studio met een prachtige nieuwe Hotel Chique badkamer! Studio Drees; de perfecte combinatie van luxe en privacy. Het zonnige sfeervolle 1-kamerappartement ligt aan de rand van een rustige woonwijk, tegen de duinen bij Katwijk aan Zee. Met 5 minuten lopen ben je in de duinen. Slechts 12 minuten lopen naar het strand, de boulevard en het winkelcentrum. Met 4 minuten gratis fietsen ben je al bij de Space Expo/de Estec. Gratis parkeren op eigen terrein.

Our accommodation is stylishly furnished and feels like a real holiday home. The beach-boho atmosphere immediately gives you a feeling of sun, sea and laid back living. It is accessible through the back area of ​​our house, which ensures a safe feeling. Close to beach (200m) with lounger rental and surf school, sea and dunes. The center is within walking distance (500m) and the supermarket is just around the corner. Centrally located near major cities and easy to reach by public transport.

Ons zomerhuis is volledig gerenoveerd tot een oase van comfort en stijl, met alles nieuw van vloeren tot dak. Momenteel zijn we in de afrondende fase van de renovatie, waarin de laatste verfijnde details worden toegevoegd. De foto's geven alvast een voorproefje, eind maart zal alles volledig zijn ingericht en klaar voor gebruik. VREUGD AAN ZEE is a brand new, stylish and fully furnished Guesthouse. Located in a quiet street behind our own house with private entrance and separate patio. Your accommodation is within walking distance (500m) of beach dunes and center of Katwijk. On the ground floor there is a living room with interactive TV, and free WiFi. Bathroom with shower toilet and sink and a fully equipped kitchen. The upper floor with spacious bedroom with 2 person bed 180/200m and spacious walk-in closet.

Summer cottage in Katwijk aan Zee

Small summer house within walking distance to the city center, beach and public transportation! WiFi, kitchen linen, towels and bed linen are also provided. Dish soap, oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, tea, hand soap and toilet paper are also standard in the cottage. Other Things to Note The private terrace of the cottage is adjacent to our garden, which we also use in the summer. Pets are not welcome, smoking inside the house is not allowed, outside in the garden this is no problem.

This tastefully decorated vacation home is a stone's throw from the beach and has all the comforts. You sleep in a cozy attic and can enjoy the outdoors on your own terrace. Within minutes, you are on the beach or shopping center. In the area you can go hiking and cycling through the dunes. Katwijk is centrally located. Within a radius of 50 km are cities such as Amsterdam, Leiden or The Hague. Or visit the Keukenhof (20 min) or Soldaat van Oranje (10 min).

In 5 minuten ben je bij de duinen waar je heerlijk wandelen en fietsen kan en in 5 minuten loop je ook al over het strand om heerlijk uit te waaien

Cottage by the Sea

This Huisje aan Zee was completely newly built in 2018 and equipped with underfloor heating and perfectly insulated. So you can stay here in the summer but also certainly in the winter. It has its own entrance and a small place where you can sit outside. The cottage is right behind the boulevard, so you are around the corner from the beach, the sea and the dunes! The center of Katwijk is a 500-meter walk.

Vlierhuisje Katwijk by the sea

This beautiful summer house is located in the characteristic old south of Katwijk by the sea and within walking distance of the dunes, beach, the center of Katwijk, the bus stop (including The Hague, Leiden) and a few minutes drive to Soldaat van Oranje A lovely place to be able to enjoy everything Katwijk and the surrounding area has to offer. Parking is free in the vicinity.

Just get away from it all in this soothing, centrally located accommodation. Within a 3-minute walk you are at the beach, city center and dunes. The cottage is cozy and charming and equipped with many comforts. You can park for free in the nearby parking lot, unfortunately this is not possible in the street. Information about where to park will be provided by the host!
