Dit zomerhuisje is gelegen in de Koningin Emmastraat te Katwijk aan Zee, ideaal gelegen op loopafstand van het winkelcentrum, strand en zee ! Let op : dit is een zomerhuis, een zomerhuis is een klein huisje achter het woonhuis. Oppervlakte is totaal 25m2. De douche en toilet is 1 ruimte, na douchen is dus de wc nat, maar dit droogt binnen een half uur op. Verder is alles aanwezig : Gasstel, koelkast, afzuigkap, bestek, borden, kopjes, pannen etc Wel Wifi, TV etc. 2 fietsen gratis beschikbaar!

We have three cats, and we kindly ask if you like cats and would be willing to feed them. Above the shed, there is a resident living in an apartment. They are allowed to walk through the garden.
