The apartament was the same as the pictures! We could check in earlier than 2pm which was a plus for us. It was clean and we had everything that we needed! The host was friendly and receptive! The apartament is near the center of the city. The walk to Rapsani Beach was about 15 minutes!

Lovely apartment with garden, very near to the beach. Clean, cozy and cool, with all amenities. The landlord is very helpful, assists in everything. I am very happy with my choice and my stay.

Mein Aufenthalt war absolut fantastisch! Die Unterkunft war genauso schön wie auf den Fotos – sehr sauber, stilvoll eingerichtet und perfekt ausgestattet. Die Lage war ideal, ruhig und dennoch nah an allen wichtigen Orten. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die Gastfreundschaft des Hosts: Kommunikation war super freundlich, schnell und unkompliziert. Ich habe mich vom ersten Moment an willkommen gefühlt. Ich komme sehr gerne wieder und kann diese Unterkunft nur wärmstens empfehlen!

Υπέροχο διαμέρισμα, καθαρότητα κορυφαία, όλα μοσχοβόλαγαν, πολύ νοικοκυρεμένο. Έχει πολύ όμορφη θέα θάλασσα. Έχει θέση πάρκινγκ όπου περνάς στο ασανσέρ και ανεβαίνεις στο σπίτι, πολύ σημαντικό. Ο Ναπολέων είναι εξαιρετικός οικοδεσπότης, πολύ φιλικός και εξυπηρετικός. Το προτείνω σε όλους!

Παρακάτω είναι ένα παράδειγμα δημόσιας κριτικής για ένα Airbnb, που μπορείς να προσαρμόσεις ανάλογα με την εμπειρία σου: --- **⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Εξαιρετική διαμονή!** Η διαμονή μας στο ήταν φανταστική! Το σπίτι ήταν απόλυτα καθαρό, όμορφα διακοσμημένο και πλήρως εξοπλισμένο με ό,τι χρειαζόμασταν. Η τοποθεσία ήταν ιδανική, αλλά ταυτόχρονα ήσυχη και χαλαρωτική. Ο οικοδεσπότη ήταν εξαιρετικά φιλόξενος, πάντα διαθέσιμος να απαντήσει σε ερωτήσεις και να προτείνει μέρη για φαγητό και δραστηριότητες. Η επικοινωνία ήταν άμεση και εύκολη από την αρχή μέχρι το τέλος. Σίγουρα θα επιστρέψουμε και προτείνουμε αυτό το κατάλυμα ανεπιφύλακτα σε όποιον επισκέπτεται την περιοχή!

The location was excellent, the apartment was spotless, and it had everything we needed. We were very satisfied with our stay and would definitely recommend it.

Clean and cozy studio in the heart of the Old Town in Kavala. A balcony with two chairs and a table for your morning coffee, with a wonderful view from above of Kavala harbor and the central part of the city. Walking distance to all attractions, restaurants and shops. Very kind and responsive host. Future visitors should also take into account two features of the studio - firstly, there is no kitchen (as correctly stated in the ad) and secondly, access to the entrance of the studio is through quite a number of steep stairs (typical for the Old Town - steep and narrow alleys and steep stairs). A wonderful place with a wonderful host. I will come again, with pleasure. I highly recommend the place. And once again - the view from the windows and balcony of the studio is simply stunning!

This was a fantastic airbnb. Amazing location, very clean, and has everything you would need for short or longer stays. I highly recommend this place, and hope to stay here again in the future.

Kampouridis loannis misafirperver ve dost canlısı birisi. Her sorumuza hızlı yanıt verdi. O ve ailesi harika insanlar. Kavala’da ruhunuzu dinleyebileceğiniz harika bir evde kaldık. Sessiz ve temiz bakımlı bir ev. Geniş bir balkonda harika deniz ve şehir manzarası sizleri bekliyor. Gün içerisinde harika plajlarda denize girip, akşam Kavala’da birbirinden lezzetli yemekler yedikten sonra Kampouridis loannis’un evinde gecenin derinliklerine dalarak ruhunuzu dinlendirebilirsiniz. I am very satisfied with this apartment — it’s very comfortable, clean, has a large terrace with a beautiful view. It was my first time in Kavala and it was unforgettable. I will definitely come back again. I highly recommend this apartment and the host, who is very attentive.♥️🤗

Great apartment, right by the sea with an amazing view and just a few steps to the beach. The apartment was super clean and had everything you may need for your stay. Niko is a great host, very helpful and always there for you. Definitely recommended!

The place is just as in the photos. In walkable distance - less than 10 min you have some of the best restaurants in the area to choose from. The host is very kind,great communication.

Το κατάλυμα ήταν πολύ προσεγμένο με μοντέρνο design κ πλήρως εξοπλισμένο. Η θέα από το μπαλκόνι ειναι μαγική και σου δίνει τη δυνατότητα να ταξιδέψεις μέσα στη πόλη κ στο απέραντο γαλάζιο της θάλασσας. Η Host ήταν πολλή εξυπηρετική. Το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα 🫶

Прекрасное жилье ! С шикарной террасой ,где мы отлично проводили вечер !Мы чувствовали себя как дома ! Отличное месторасположение ,очень близко к центру ,и близко к парому .Рядом с домом есть парковка .Хороший напор воды ,идеальное постельное белье и полотенца .Мы остались очень довольны .Jasmina очень отзывчивая и приятная хозяйка .

David iyi bir ev sahibiydi. Evi yemyeşil doğanın içinde, merkeze yakın şirin bir köyde yer alıyor. Evin içinde ihtiyacımız olacak eşyalar , mutfak gereçleri vardı.evin içi temiz ve düzenliydi.

We had an amazing vacation in Teodora's house! Great location with everything you will need around you ( shops, cafes, restaurants). The house was so spacious and cozy we felt like we were at home. The whole place was spotless. Extremely clean and well organised! We loved the view! once you close the windows the house gets super quiet and you will hear no nose from the street. What we rally enjoyed was the sea view! Teodora was so nice and welcoming. Extremely responsive!

Casa espectacular con vistas muy bonitas a la naturaleza. Entorno tranquilo que te permite descansar. La casa está equipada con todo. Piscina grande. Muy recomendable.

The apartment was a great place to stay in Thassos. It had a small balcony on the first floor, and we could see the sea and Skala Marion beach from there. It was 5 minutes away from the beach by walking. Very close to the KENTRO (center) by walking as well. The host was accommodating from the very beginning. He helped us find the place when we arrived on Thassos Island. He was always reachable when needed. Moreover, the house was cleaned and got properly everyday by the host and his collaborator lady. Highly recommended.

The house is situated really close to the sea. It looks better than in the pictures and has everything you need. I liked that the area was quiet & not crowded but close enough to the beach, shops and the terraces on the sea shore. The bedrooms are comfortable. The terraces/ balconies of the house are spacious and quiet. We enjoyed our beach days at Cactus bar sun-lounges ( 20€ for 2 sun-lounges + 1 chair and an umbrella). The Ammolofoi beach is at 5 min by car and it’s simply great: fine sand, lots of cheap renting sun-lounges with parking included, clear blue water, great pomegranate juice. To sum up, it was a great holiday.

Our host, Mrs Lena, was very welcoming, kind and the communication with her was pretty easy. The room was nice and clean with everything needed. It was a pleasure for us to stay there.
