This year marks the 17th year of the rental villa, Palm Island. Limited to one group per day, the shallow, wide sandy beach of Izu-Uzami Coast is right in front of you. You can also have a BBQ, or fireworks on the coast. The BBQ is currently limited, and you can use the restaurant for guests with meal reservations (limited to BBQ space & hall) 12-minute walk from the station, within walking distance to a supermarket, convenience store, drug store and in a good location. MEGA Don Quijote is a few minutes drive away. Parking is available for up to 5 regular-sized vehicles in front of the accommodation In addition to a 30-tatami-mat living room that can accommodate a large number of people, Japanese-style rooms are also available, so you can secure a private space (the number of rooms will be provided according to the number of people. Details below). Great for trips with family, friends, and pets (3,500 yen per pet per night), birthday parties, clubs, and seminars Less than 2 hours from the metropolitan area and easy to access from the Kansai region, so please use it as a meeting place for friends from afar. It is also recommended as a base for diving, surfing, golf, fishing, and other activities * The basic price is for 7 adults (2 children and 1 adult). If there are more than 7 adults, 1 child is 4,000 yen per night, and children under 2 years old are free. This is the perfect accommodation for families.It can accommodate up to 6 people, and there is no additional charge for the number of people.The idea is to “live like you live.”The retro Japanese house has a lot of Japanese atmosphere.Located on a hill, the window is in three directions, so you can see Shimoda Park, Shimoda Port, and Shimoda downtown as if it were a view from the castle.Especially the evening view is spectacular.It is located in the city, within walking distance to food, hot spring public baths, supermarkets, post offices, convenience stores, and Perry Road, a tourist attraction.The Shimoda Underwater Aquarium is also close to the Izu Shichijima Sailing Ground and the dog-running island, which is a popular fishing spot.It is a 15-minute walk from Izukyu Shimoda Station.Reception and check-in will be at the NPO Izu in Kamo 6 "Taruya" (Shimoda-shi 3-1-23), which is a 5-minute walk.There is a parking lot for one car in a 2-minute walk.Because it is located on a hill up the stairs, we cannot accommodate wheelchairs.Carrying heavy luggage is difficult.

This house is a traditional 20 year old Japanese house. It is totally private as it's surrounded by trees. There is a walkway 5 minutes down to Shirahama Beach which is arguably one of the nicest beaches in Japan. We have added a large deck to the house for outdoor living. The bedrooms are very traditional Japanese. The kitchen is large and easy to use. We have a coffee machine, rice cooker, screen with HDMI chord (adapter needed for your device) and blue tooth speaker for your use.

It's a 3-minute walk from JR Inatori Station. It is a very quiet place, and it is a private rental house located in the atmospheric streets of a rural port town. It is a cozy place like returning to your parents' house in the countryside. The house is made of pure, soft, and warm cedar, and everything is finished with beeswax, so it is safe for babies and a very calming place. Inatori is also an easy place to go to Minamiizu, Nishiizu, etc. Please stay at this house.
