It is one block from main street in Blanding! 75 miles from Moab, Monument Valley, and even closer to many Indian ruins and sites! No charge for 5+guests

We keep 12 gallons of fresh culinary/drinking water on hand and a chuck-box camp kitchen . There is no indoor plumbing or shower. We ask our guests to use our clean and well maintained outhouse a short walk away.

Pamela, her family and her home were wonderful! It’s a very clean, very private location and we felt right at home. The view is what originally sold us on the room, and it was all that we expected and more. We were able to enjoy the whole outside area. Pamela and her husband happened to be outside when we were exploring the yard, welcomed us over and made us feel right at home. Everything about this place is perfection. We would stay again and again!

Our favorite travel stay by far! The property was beautiful with unique trees and landscaping. What really stood out was Wendy and her husband's friendliness when we ran into them while exploring the property. They have THE cutest dogs, and as our 2-year-old loves dogs, we approached with caution as you never know if dogs are kid friendly. Wendy not only encouraged our interaction with the dogs, but surprised us with a literal basket of puppies as she and her husband breed Cavalier King Charles Spaniels! Our daughter was in heaven playing with all the puppies and it was a core moment/once in a lifetime happenstance occurrence we'll relish forever. Not an experience every guest may get as puppies only stay puppies for so long, but their welcoming attitude, friendly conversation, and genuine care for their property and our experience for our short stay was indicative of two great people! We'll definitely stay here again if we come through on a future trip. Thank you for everything!

This was the PERFECT place for our stay! The landscaping is beautiful and inviting. The porch is ideal for the magnificent sunrises and sunsets. The home is mindfully furnished with local details and the art is stunning. We appreciated the toiletries and the provided maps and brochures, as well as the recommendations provided in the guestbook. The house and linens were immaculately clean, which is very impressive for a pet-friendly home in a sandy desert environment. We didn't have cell phone service in the area, which is not the host's fault, but contacting our host regarding location and check in was difficult. It would have been helpful if directions and codes were provided by the host in advance. When we were able to contact our host, the issue was promptly resolved and we had no further issues. We really appreciated the absence of excessive check out procedures. Our departure was slick and simple. We would choose this house again, and for sure recommend it for others.

Perfect place if you want to explore the glen canyon area. Everything within few minutes of drive. Airbnb had all necessary items we needed. Michelle was very warm, friendly and responsive! She even let us check in earlier than the scheduled time. Very very awesome experience, will definitely choose the very place if we visit again!
