Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Kazakhstan

A bright and small apartment, but suitable for long-term living if you are alone. There's not enough space for two, and the fridge is too small. Otherwise, everything was comfortable. Very comfortable bed, quiet. In summer, the air conditioner may not be sufficient. A great park with a lake is a 5-minute walk away. The hosts quickly respond to all questions and are accommodating if necessary.

It's a good value and an excellent house. The host responded immediately to my inquiries and was kind. The facilities and utensils were as described. If I visit Almaty again, I will stay here.

I AM VERY GRATEFUL TO TANYA AND KATE FOR THEIR CARE. THERE IS CUTE CAT IN THE WARM HOME. THE HOUSE IS LOCATED IN THE CENTER OF THE CITY, SO IT IS VERY CONVENIENT TO GO. IN ADDITION, I LOST A BAG IN THE TAXI. TANYA AND KATE HELPED ME GET IT BACK. OTHERWISE, I MIGHT FACE ALL KINDS OF TROUBLES.THANKS AGAIN🫡

A very nice respectful family who gave privacy and quick to answer any questions. They keep their garden very nice, and everything you need is there. It was nice being near the mall too.

Firstly I would like to praise the Host as he was super helpful and responsive. this place is for nature lover and you can easily accommodate large families [easy for 10 to 12 people]. rite on top of mountain [indeed not easily accessible] but that's what you go here for. Complete cutoff from outside and get lost in the beauty and nature surrounding. however if you want to get city lively hood, it's 25 mins away and Call a Taxi do come to your door step. House had all the required amenities with proper heating for winters. Olzhas was super helpful, even guiding us with rentals for our shoe crampons. He had Sauna [we did not use it], great backyard for kids to play around, Safe locality, and a play area as well for kids. Amenities like Table Tennis, Kaeoke, PSP kept the kids and adults busy. A must stay place near Almaty

Hello! Our group of 7 adult males used 2 rental cars and stayed for 3 nights. The host was friendly and actively guided and communicated. The accommodation is located in a place overlooking the city of Almaty and the perennial snow of the Tianshan Mountains, and provides a comfortable and peaceful daily life. In the fully equipped accommodation, our group was able to take a comfortable and relaxing break and travel to Kazakhstan and Almaty. And even though I forgot the documents, the host kindly contacted me first. We appreciate the kindness of the host and wish all travelers who use this accommodation a lot of fun and happiness. Best,

We had a wonderful stay at Nushrat's Airbnb in Almaty. He was an exceptional host — very helpful and responsive right from the beginning. He provided clear instructions to reach the place and went out of his way to help us with recommendations for nearby spots and answered all our questions about Almaty. He even allowed us a late checkout as our tour started later in the day, which was a big help. Overall, a great experience and I would highly recommend his Airbnb for anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay in Almaty.

i travelled with parents and kids and fortunately selected kassyms place. Right from the time of booking,kassym was extremely helpful and responsive. Hello helped us literally with everything...Food,accomodation,travelling,sight seeing,local shopping,food,currency exchange and what not. On top of that,his parents were kind enough to send us some local bread to eat and whatever utilities we required during our stay. I think,this trip would not have been possible without kassym and his familys help and support. Thank you so much Highly recommended

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely perfect! Our Almaty trip was unforgettable, and Aminah’s apartment made it even more special. It was spotless, cozy, and felt like home. The building is lovely, with a small supermarket and a great restaurant on site — perfect for families. The kids enjoyed the playground, and we loved having a kitchen to cook and relax like locals. The area is peaceful and central, close to everything. We explored lakes, mountains, and cooked by the river — but coming back to this apartment was always a joy. Aminah is a kind and thoughtful host. We truly felt part of Almaty. Thank you, Aminah. We’ll always remember this stay — and hope to come back again someday!

Anara’s place was simply one of the best airbnbs I’ve stayed at. It is located in a residential complex with everything you could possibly need right outside your door, and if you needed anything else it was a short taxi away. The apartment itself was extremely clean and large, more than enough space for 2-3 people. Anara was also such a great host and allowed us to check in at 4 am (and was awake to make sure we made it in okay). If I ever return to Almaty I will be sure to try to stay here again. :)

Had great time staying at Zamira’s place. Flat was sparkling clean with all essentials in order. Felt just like home. Aura more than any Hotel. Definitely recommend the place if you are planning a trip to Almaty. Willing to visit the same flat in next trip to Almaty. Thanks Zamira for everything.

Super hospitable host. picked me up from the airport and welcomed me into his home while the apartment was being cleaned, and still checked me in early. would recommend and would visit again! great apartment, great location.

We flew with a friend in May 2025 to see Astana and attend an esports tournament. Great living conditions, was very comfortable. In the heat, the air conditioner saved me, and in the cold it was warm in the apartment.

Highly recommend this place... host Nurlan, very friendly and helpful... place is centrally located, spic and span and had all essential amenities... well connected to all important landmarks.. he warned in advance about pitfalls as regards to taxi/cab situation... had a memorable stay at his apartment... can't wait to visit again in December... keep it up Nurlan... deserves 5 stars

I had a wonderful stay at Venera’s apartment! She’s incredibly responsive and always happy to help. All instructions—from how to reach the apartment to using everything inside—were clear and well-documented. The apartment is cozy, stylish, and very well-equipped. It’s located right in the center, on the riverside, with secure gated access. The views are stunning—overlooking Almaty’s main sights like the mountains and the TV tower. The windows face east, so you wake up to the sunrise, with the peaceful sound of the river and birds outside. Truly a serene and scenic spot. I highly recommend staying here and would gladly return. Venera is a fantastic host!

I had an amazing stay at Azamat's Airbnb. From the very first time, Azamat and Aknur have been very friendly and helpful. Same way as I liked the mood and communication, I very liked the apartment itself. Looks like on the picture, very lovely cozy Airbnb. Perfect for rest, great to work remotely. Big smart-enabled TV with clear picture, stable internet connection, and fully equipped kitchen made this stay very smooth. I liked how two big windows can make the room very bright when it's needed. In the evening, you will find a lot of light switches allowing you setup the ambiance of the place as per your mood. Overall, I recommend this place to anyone looking for cozy space and restful time!
