This incredible 54m2 flat, lovingly constructed by an architect and designer, is a hybrid (almost a penthouse) apartment with a terrace and a small garden on the third floor of a top-tier building. Breakfasts and drinks with friends are an absolute joy on the terrace, surrounded by green plants and a sense of serenity while in the middle of downtown Budapest. We designed the interior and manufactured most of the pieces, creating a unique sense of joie de vivre. A sunny, marvelous home for all.

In spite of the relatively small size, the studio feels quite spacious due to the the high ceiling and the loft-like design. Budapest's main entertaining areas are only 15-30 minutes walk from here. You will enjoy the relaxation in Springfield studio after a busy day of sightseeing.

A lakás Szeged belvárosában található. Lift nélküli épület 2. emeletén van. A lakás 1 szobás, 2 ágyas ( igény szerint összetolható), szükség esetén gyermekágyat tudok biztosítani. Parkolási lehetőség a ház előtt az utcán van, hétköznap 8 órától 18 óráig fizetős. A szállás a Széchenyi tértől 2 perc sétára, az Anna fürdő szomszédságában van. A belvárosi üzletek, éttermek, szórakozóhelyek, cukrászdák gyalog könnyen elérhetőek.
