It was perfect for my overflow guests attending a weekend family reunion!

We had the most lovely stay at Pincone Pond. The house is absolutely spotless and well stocked with everything you need in the kitchen, shampoo and condition in the bathrooms and throw blankets for the cool evenings. The house is so homey and comfortable and the grounds are stunning. Beautiful yard and pond which were well cared for. Catherine has thought of everything including chairs for sitting by the pond or fire pit. Just a lovely, peaceful spot.

We had a great experience with Erin and our stay! Erin was incredibly friendly and welcoming. She made sure to respond promptly to all our questions and requests, which really made us feel at home. This home is certainly one that feels like home when you walk in the door! The warmth of the wood and decor, and little touches throughout, let us know how loved this home is. We had everything we needed for our 2-plus week stay, and our hosts were incredibly responsive and kind. It was lovely to hear the owls and running water at night, and I can imagine how lovely the fireplace would be to use during the colder months! Thank you for a lovely stay!!!

Such a cool house. We loved the charm of the older section of the house. So many private spaces to cozy up and read a book. Then there is the more modern portion of the house. It was perfect for the folks to watch tv and enjoy the VT scenery out of the large windows. The road is quiet and the area is lovely. We easily drove into Manchester for groceries and dinner. Really loved it!!

The house and view are just as they seem. We had terrible weather the weekend we stayed so we can’t wait to come back and take the kayaks out and enjoy more than just the lake view. But the tranquility was wonderful even in the rain! Extremely convenient to route 2, which was perfect for keeping us busy. We will be back!

The Grafton house was perfect for our multi-family with the big space, bedrooms, and bathrooms. We loved the living room area where we could all sit together for family games. The property and house are beautiful and the perfect Vermont vibes. As a skiing family, we liked the location between our favorite ski resorts. Raphael was a wonderful host in providing instructions before our arrival and helpful advice. We really enjoyed our stay at the Gafton house.

Historic house on a beautiful property. Kitchen had all the equipment you could need along with top of the line stove and oven. Make cooking for a large group easy and enjoyable!

The cabin was lovely! We went for a little weekend getaway with some friends and it is a great space for such an occasion. There is a surprising amount of space in and around the house and we didn't even use the three season porch. The hosts were also very responsive and easy to communicate with. Definitely a cute little home away from home!

Triggers cabin was what we needed…little to no cell reception but it was so nice being able to disconnect especially for the kids. My husband has a great time fishing in the pond, the kids were able to run around, seeing all the wildlife especially the otter playing in the pond (so amazing!!). If you are looking for a relaxing getaway…this is by far the spot to go! Carol was friendly and showed us to where the cabin was. She was responsive when we needed her.

This was my third time staying on Rosalind's property, but my first time in the "retreat" unit. The space is better in person than in the photos! It's a spacious two level unit with a huge bedroom/loft type area, perfect for setting up your yoga mat! The high ceilings and large forest facing windows in the bedroom were a highlight for me. Rosalind has always been a very responsive, thoughtful, and flexible host. I can't wait to stay again!

Lenore's place was very cozy. We felt right at home. We added guests (including a dog) after initially making our reservation and it was no problem with the host. Just a note, it costs a fee to add more guests on Airbnb. Overall our stay was lovely and our hosts were very nice, responsive, and welcoming. 10/10, would recommend.

Peaceful, Serene location just 10 minutes from Stratton. We enjoyed the use of the new hot tub, and roomy kitchen. This space is surrounded by nature with plenty of space for you and your group. Would definitely stay here again!

My family loved staying here! There was plenty of snow for activities. We went skiing at Mount Snow and ice fishing on Lake Raponda for a day. The barn is so unique and had everything we needed. There were lots of extra pillows and blankets and a big cozy couch to curl up and relax by the wood stove. Having access to the clubhouse was amazing… the kids loved swimming in the warm pool after a long day outside. Brian was super responsive and easy to talk to! We already want to go back!

Nicholas and Jenna are great hosts! We were beyond lucky that they shared their home with us! The views were great, so great that we eloped here! Cute cozy home pushed off the road with a beautiful view off the back deck! We would love to back to visit!

The cabin is a lovely oasis. Peaceful and welcoming. Sean and Nicole are fabulous hosts. Dover offers so many incredible trails to explore. Do your self a favor and BOOK it!!

Very peaceful and quiet location. Had all the amenities and is well furnished. Not much need to leave the property but still close enough to small towns with shops and many nice hikes. Seems like a great place to stay any time of year. Our dog was able to swim right from the deck which was nice.

We enjoyed our stay and can recommend Dover by Downtown for an uncomplicated stay in Keene. The second floor apartment is located within walking distance from a grocery store as well as many restaurants, while the surrounding neighborhood is quiet and pleasant. It was exactly what my mother, my daughter, and I needed after a long day of touring by car. Julie promptly replied to all of our questions, and the driveway parking is conveniently located near the front door. Thank you Julie, for being a great host during our stay in New Hampshire!

This cottage was Magical. Reminds me of a cottage out of a storybook. Incredibly peaceful and quiet tucked in the woods. The cottage itself was so lovely and Lisa thought of everything. Well stocked with kitchen, bathroom supplies. I loved the games and record player with tons of records. The cottage is super clean and Lisa was an incredible host. I needed to contact her and she was very responsive and thoughtful. I would highly recommend and will be back in the fall ✌🏻

It was the most beautiful place we ever stayed at . The yard was so beautiful right on the water . The privacy , the setting! !! What a spectacular place !! I can’t wait to come back ! Every thing we needed to get away from home and be with family ! Thank you for the privilege of staying here!

Cold Comfort Farm offers a wonderful setting and view for anyone who wants a true New Hampshire experience. It reminded me of my youth growing up nearby. Jo was completely welcoming.

Our third time staying at the farm and it truly only gets better and better every time. This place is absolutely gorgeous, pictures really don’t do it justice. The house is so adorable and clean not to mention Frankie and Vin pay insane attention to detail and have thought of literally every single thing you might need during your stay and are just some of the all around best people. There’s so much to do weather you go out and explore the property stopping to say hello to the animals and give them treats, hike the near by trails, or simply just staying in playing games and listening to music on the record player you can’t go wrong staying at Frankie and Vins!
