Our first time at Lynda's home in the woods. Place was exactly how described! Was very cozy and we had everything we needed for our stay. Great location, very private and close to skiing and town. We enjoyed to sauna every day. We got to relax and really enjoy ourselves. Lynda was very quickly to respond and was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely plan to go back, we loved it!

We have been coming to Lake Placid for 15 years and this was by far the best house we’ve ever stayed in. Jonathan has thought of everything. There was no amenity we thought was missing. The house was immaculate. The property is beautiful and spacious; we had no issue accommodating 7 adults. Next time we come back to Lake Placid we will definitely be reserving this house again.

Great place to visit, house is very cozy with large windows in the living room. Loved watching the snow from the couch with a cup of coffee. Great place to go with kids, large backyard is a great place to them to play. Emily responded quickly to all my questions. Thank you , hope to come back next year.

This property was exactly what we were looking for for our low key bachelorette/girls weekend! Judi was fantastic about communicating with us about the best hiking trails, nearby activities, and most delicious local restaurants. The house was fully stocked with everything we needed including a beautiful kitchen with all of the essentials and more. The fire pit and hot tub were the icing on the cake. It was spacious, homey, and incredibly clean. We can’t wait to come back!!

I had an amazing stay! The hosts were incredibly responsive and made everything easy from check-in to check-out. The area itself was perfect and close to everything I needed. The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Overall, a great experience that made my trip even better. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone interested.

Wonderful stay! We enjoyed doing puzzles and exploring the nearby waterfall and lakes. The space was perfect, and we appreciated the opportunity to relax here.

I wish I could give Deb and Doug 1000 stars! The apartment was amazing, truly a home away from home! The kitchen was STOCKED with everything you would need from a waffle maker, pans, to coffee/tea, to eggs! Deb even made us homemade gingerbread cookies which were DELICIOUS. Two out of the four days that we stayed, we actually made breakfast and ate in the dining room! And saw hummingbirds out of the window!! The living room was super cozy and we made great use of the electric fireplace (The weather was still in the 50s when we went). It also had a very comfy sofa bed which I slept on while my parents took the bedroom. They said their bed was super comfy too! There was even a noise machine in the bedroom along with some fans (they really thought of everything!). The apartment was also incredibly quiet and private. And we honestly didn't even pay much mind to the low ceilings. We're all around 5'7" and we had absolutely no issues! We cant wait to visit again, we will definitely be back!

Lindsey was great. She was actually there when we arrived making sure that everything was perfect. She was very accommodating and worked with me to make my family’s stay perfect for our schedule, as we needed early check-in and late check-out. The place was very clean and cozy. The decorating was very modern and sleek. The rooms were relaxing. My children loved it. She had air hockey, mini golf, a soccer game, along with many board games, and books for their use during our down time. The apartment overall was wonderful. I would recommend this place to anyone, and we will be sure to return if in the area again.

Audrey’s Porcupine Farm Barn was the perfect place for us and our pup to get some respite from our day to day grind. With scenic vistas outside our window the space was an ideal blend of rustic and comfortable, and Audrey was around to answer any questions and assist us whenever we needed. We would absolutely stay again - and hopefully will soon!

Our stay was peaceful and what we needed! We spent a lot of time outside kayaking and fishing so it wasn’t too important where we stayed - but wow. I am so thankful to have stayed with Kevin! Everything we needed and more was available in a clean modern space close to town! After our long days out and about it was nice to come back and be able to throw some food on the grill and lounge on the couch. Although we don’t plan on returning to the area, I 10/10 recommend this space for anyone looking!

We really enjoyed staying in Johnny's place for our trip to Lake Placid. Easy to get to everything. Less than a mile into the center of town with shopping, restaurants and 1980 Olympics buildings. Two blocks to Lisa G's restaurant which is really good. Lake Placid is a fun town event on a very cold winter weekend. Johnny is a great host and very responsive. The place has everything that you need. We will be back and hope to stay at Johnny's place again.

Such a clean and cozy place to enjoy the Adirondacks from. For the active type who like to hike, bike, ski, etc, the huge garage on the first level is perfect for storing gear securely and drying out wet or muddy clothes. The apartment itself is in a great location. It’s in a quiet neighborhood but only a 7 minute walk from Main St. From a well stocked kitchen with fresh creamer for coffee to extra towels, we had everything we needed. Will definitely stay again.

Had a great stay—exactly what I was looking for. The place was extremely quiet, very clean, and easy to access. It felt cozy and calming from the moment I arrived. The bed was super comfortable—probably one of the best I’ve slept on. Overall, a peaceful and comfortable experience. Would definitely stay again.

We loved staying at Porcupine cabin and look forward to renting again in the future. The host was so nice and communicative during our stay - she even left snowshoes for us to use! We will be inquiring about the attached house to stay with our whole family, but the little cabin was perfect for a weekend getaway from the busyness of life. The cabin had everything we needed and was exactly as described. It was so cozy and we even had snow while we were there, which was exciting for us since the area we come from didn’t really have snow this year. This was our first time renting an Airbnb and we couldn’t be happier with our experience. ☺️

We had a great stay in Pine Place cabin by Long Lake. The space was perfect for our 2 small families and we were pleasantly surprised to have access to a playground and beach toys for the kids. Unfortunately the Wifi was out during our whole stay. I think this was a fluke and owners didn't seem to understand what the issue was. Otherwise we loved everything about the place. The outdoor porch was really great and the bed were comfortable. Very clean and Danuta was easy to reach and communicate with. We'd definitely stay again!

Our Valentine’s get away was great. We were upgraded to a lakefront cabin and it was amazing! Communication with our host(s) was very quick. The cabin had everything we needed and then some. All instructions were clear and vey user friendly. We will definitely be returning in the near future!

My husband, daughter, dog, and I stayed here for 3 nights. The unit was really nicely decorated and very charming. The view from the unit was absolutely beautiful. The beds were comfortable--I was surprised at how comfortable the pull out sofa was--and the kitchen had everything we needed. There wasn't a ton to do nearby, and it was still a bit chilly out to enjoy the lake except from the window. But we were very content to stay in and enjoy the view and play some of the board games on hand. Deb and Neil were very responsive by phone (I called upon arrival to ask about spare sheets for the sofa bed, and I think the phone rang only once) and very friendly.

This was a GREAT stay for our UVM graduation weekend in Burlington! So close to everything and the space is just beautiful! We loved all of the art and decor and the whole house was impeccable, warm, and inviting! So many cute little nooks and crannies! The hosts were always quick to reply and so flexible with our changing needs! Their instructions for parking and check-in were clear and easy and made the experience very smooth. We had all of the amenities that we needed, and tons of towels which was appreciated! We are so glad that we chose this over booking standard hotel rooms so we could all hang out and relax together between activities! A WONDERFUL stay!!

My 13 friends and I recently took a fall break trip to Adirondacks, and it was the most amazing, relaxing time thanks to Antoine’s beautiful airbnb. As soon as we walked in, we were brought into another world—with the most eclectic artwork and interior design—and yet still felt at home. Antoine was the most welcoming and responsive host we could have possibly gotten; he even provided us with tips on possible local adventures! I absolutely loved making memories with my best friends in all of the rooms (and the place is massive!) Overall, this was the most fantastic experience, and I highly recommend this airbnb to anyone looking to enjoy their trip to the Adirondacks!

Great place! Squeaky clean, which is very important to me. Beautiful surroundings and very peaceful. We had everything we needed in the house and we were very comfortable. Perfect location as it was close to so many activities. Plenty of room for me to do yoga in the living room in the morning with beautiful views. We did get to see the deer several times. Part of our stay was a full day of rain, but we found it peaceful just to hang out in this great house and play boardgames and Wii (we brought our own Wii). When it was not raining, we chose to do a self-guided Saranac Lake canoe tour, took many hikes and meandered about Saranac and Lake Placid. Great vacation, thank you Steve & Carolyn!
