Norurkot, The Yellow Northern lights House.

Lovely spot, with lots of bird life. A valet just outside the house for guided tours of the warp. There's a large courtesy TV in the area. It sits in a sheltered area with a view of the ocean and a good view of the Snowscape. In winter, under certain conditions, there's a great chance of seeing the Northern Lights. The house is old but all new. The sleeping loft has 2 good mattresses (steep climb). Bright and scenic. Short to the airport, approximate to 10 minutes ( 9 km ), and a nice pool in Sandwich ( 2 km)

Cozy studio apartment

Small and cozy studio apartment in our home, perfect for a couple or a single person. Our house was originally built in 1905 but was mostly torn down 20 years later and built like it is today. Very close to the international airport as well as grocery stores, restaurants and shops. Spacious deck to enjoy the good weather in the summer. Access to washing machine and dryer in the laundry room. Please note that we have a big Golden retriever dog that shares the yard with us and you. 😊

Excellent location in Keflavík at Faxabraut 49.

The apartment is situated just 6 minutes drive from the airport and 15- 20 minutes form the Blue Lagoon. You can find a public swimming pool with both outdoor and indoor swimming pools in 3 minutes walk from us, there is also a big playground area.There is a small shoppingcenter, Krossmói in about 8 minutes walking distance. There you can find ATM, bank, supermarket, pharmacy, resturants and other shops. There is also the town bus center (it is outside and there are no servicekiosk).

Ground floor apartment. Our goal is that everything is clean, safe and comfortable for our guests. The location is excellent. Peaceful street, but still we are in the town center within walking distance to everything. And very close to the airport (7 min driving)! Private parking for one car is on the left side of the house. There is also spacious parking lot at the back side of the house, access from Hafnargata (main street)

Our house is only in 5 min drive from the International airport. It's newly renovated and has everything you need for your stay in Iceland. Our house is next to the geo thermal swimming-pool, close to supermarket and only a 5 minutes walk from down town Keflavík where you can find restaurants and all kinds of stores. We rented Data Dokker and she made it! Despite the lack of 4-wheel drive, we reached all the highlights of our trip without any problems. We visited the Golden Circle, the entire south coast, and drove up to the volcano - everywhere without any trouble getting there (month of March). The parking heater worked flawlessly, and it was even too hot at times. Autko with a manual box, which made it easy to travel around Iceland's diverse area. Mattress and blanket clean, soft, flawless. We recommend it with a clear conscience!

The car has done its service very reliably. If you travel with it in winter, you need a kitchen with a lounge at the campsite and preferably a hotpot (e.g. Fossatun, Uthlid) If you book this car without heating, let yourself be given the warmer sleeping bags and an extra blanket, otherwise you are not warm enough at night.

I had a lovely stay at Anna’s apartment in Keflavík. The space was cozy, clean, and had a warm, welcoming feel. The beds were exceptionally comfortable—so much so that I ended up visiting Rúmfatalagerinn to buy the same comforters and duvet covers for myself! Thanks again, Anna, for being such a great host.
