Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Kelmend

Really interesting house, very spacious with a great view over a lake. Listened to lots of birds and frogs at night. WiFi very fast. Well equipped kitchen. Very quiet and peaceful as well.

It was a lovely stay at Ditmar's place. The apartment is equipped with everything you need and it is nice and large. You have to be able to use the heat a bit well when you book in August, as the temperatures are very high. You can easily reach everything on foot and you are only a few minutes' walk from the city center. Parking is also not a problem in August. A supermarket is directly on site with a large fruit stand. Also all surrounding neighbors are very friendly. Ditmar was always available immediately and gave tips for activities.

The house is really good it's marvelous basically it s premium villa. Also the owner of the house is really friendly. We recommend to everyone. I hope to stay here when I come to again.

We stayed at Marina's upstairs apartment for one night so we could catch an early flight out of Podgorica. She and her family welcomed us warmly and were a pleasure to chat with. The weather was hot the day we were there so we used the air conditioning unit which helped cool us off. The apartment was spacious and we enjoyed the beautiful surroundings, we would highly recommend booking with Marina and her family!

What can I say, everything was amazing. Best guest with delicious home-cooked food and self-made liquor. I can't understand a word they are saying but I felt they are treating us like their nephew and niece. The room was tidy and comes with a warm fireplace. You can't take a shower, but there is drinkable tap water in the room. There is no electricity in the room itself, but you can easily charge your devices in the hosts' place. There is a gaslight in the room, but bringing a small charged light will make your stay much comfyer. Apart from minor inconveniences (part of the experience), you get an unforgettable view. I had never seen so many stars at the same time in my life. P.S.: We met a guy driving 2 hrs of winding road just to deliver 2 pack of beer that he put to sell in this place. Ture businessman.

We stayed a couple of nights at Dori's place and it was great ! Very nice house with garden, walking distance from the lovely city center of Shkoder. Our host and his parents were really nice and we felt very comfortable. We arrived with our motorcycle and it was possible to park it inside their garage, which is a big plus for us. Dori is a very nice and positive guy who can suggest the best places to see and visit. It's a very good value for money and we can only recommend it for any travelers !

Boris was a great host. He informed us about every little detail and fixed any minor issues we faced. He was flexible with check in too. The apartment is located a little outside the central area but it’s still 25 minutes walk. We usually took a tesla cab. Highly recommended!

The house is secluded and therefore there is nothing to do in the immediate vicinity except a delicious restaurant. We loved that tranquility! The reception was great!! We met while enjoying his delicious own wine! We describe this place, the house and the large garden with pool as "heaven on earth". We have ENJOYED IT!

It was a lot of fun ! There were good recommendations for restaurants and we sat fantastically by the lake.

I like this place and be want live in Plav. Very cute place, ideally for families. Asho (it's correct his name) a good hoster even in his age. Apartment a huge and there I feel myself if I visit my grandma, cosily.

We loved our stay at Mirkos place. The location is stunning! Beautiful place to stay with plenty to visit in the area only a short drive away. I would say you definitely need a car to get around, but there is parking available and we had no trouble reaching the apartment. The flat was clean, drinking water was provided and a nice terrace area outside. The home is in a small remote village type area, which is amazing at night. The view of the stars was spectacular. Loved our time in Montenegro. Thank you.

Our stay at Vesna's house went great. We were there for a work trip, and the location of the house made our week in Podgorica super smooth. The house is only a few blocks from the downtown where there are lots of restaurant options, and just behind the house is a nice bar that serves pizza's and other snacks. Vesna was also really responsible and flexible! Thanks so much Vesna!!

what a fabulous place, old worldcharm with all the modernities needed. We had a very comfortable stay in a lovely rural setting.

Stayed here for 1 night to hike to the blue eye and waterfall. I arrived around 10am, it wasn't the easiest to find but asking locals helped. The owners were very kind and hospitable, I immediately felt so welcome, comfortable, and was shown to my room and was offered some food that was already prepared for guests. My room was very clean, a bit basic, but nothing that I would complain about. I imagine they are looking to do some improvements soon. Comfy bed! Upon returning from my all day hike, I had soaked my shoes from accidentally stepping right into the stream - The owner kindly said I can put my shoes next to a heater for the night! Dinner and breakfast was provided at €15 altogether and it was really good! Albanian style food, very generous portions, and was even asked if I was vegetarian or had allergies. If I ever return to Theth I will return here :) The owners' hospitality was honestly amazing!

Where do I start with this incredible stay? When my family and I arrived we were immediately greeted with a warm welcome from our host and the abundance of friendly cats and dogs that lived there. We were blown away by the view overlooking lake Shkoder and thrilled to be directed to a path where we could go for an evening swim. We were made to feel very at home with a clean apartment and the restaurant quite literally on our doorstep where they offered us an array of food including fresh fish and vegetables from their own garden. In the morning they provided us free traditional breakfast and recommended us activities to do nearby. I definitely recommend this place and wish we could have brought the cats home with us!

Where should I start! We traveled as a family of five from London for three days. We are really impressed. Villa: Luka's villa is beautiful. It has every element to make a special holiday. Nice and clean property, stunning garden, lots of fruit trees, cascading river just behind the back garden. Even the pictures supplied in Airbnb is not enough to compare it's beauty. Location: It is very close to Podgorica airport, only 3 to 4 minutes drive. From villa to Podgorica city centre 15 to 20 minutes taxi ride (cost us about 8-9 euro). Host: Luca is an amazing host. Our communication was quick and correct. He was so generous to pick us from the airport, show us the villa, bring some gorgeous muffins for us. Tell us to pick up fruit from the garden. He also give us information about surrounding which was very helpful. At the end, his father drop us to the airport. What could we expect more. Honestly, we did feel home away from home there and wish go back to Luka's villa if we will visit Podgorica. Definitely, I recommend it to future travellers.

Villa Luce was fantastic! Beautiful, well-furnished, and in a great location. The villa had a breathtaking view of the mountains. The host was great as well, communicative and very helpful. Highly recommend and would stay again!”

It was a great stay, everything was clean and prepared, host is friendly and amazing man. Be careful: you'll rent exactly a rooms based on people count, not an entire villa as it was in description, but you still have an access to common kitchen and whole territory. Also it was a little bit uncomfortable because of many cameras(except rooms of course)

We really enjoyed our stay in this house. Nice and spacious. Host waited for us, speaks english, showed and explained everything in the house. Gave us albanian wine as a present. We will be happy to return to this place.
