Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Kemalpaşa

Before renting this place, I read the comments and saw that everyone praised Mr. Mustafa and I was curious. During the first introduction, I told him that everyone had mentioned him and that there were very good comments. I saw that there was much more than what was actually written. I have never seen a host who is so helpful, kind, naive and understanding. He answered all our calls, supported all our requests, and even gave me the Izmirkart when I said we would take the ferry. I mean, you'll really know when you go and stay. The house is already a huge house with 3 bedrooms for large families. It also has a garden in the back. But it was better than home to get to know Mustafa Bey. I highly recommend it.

I really enjoyed staying here. The rooftop patio was marvelous. It was a little further from the town center than I expected, but we had nice walks to the boardwalk and to coffee. The unit is compact but well-appointed; we cooked a simple dinner and did our laundry. Best the best feature is the double-deck roof patio. Watching the sun set as we enjoyed the cool of the day was a treat!

Lovely old home in the heart of downtown Izmir. Very walkable with lots to see and eat. The host was very kind and made sure we had everything we needed.

The apartment was located in the old neighborhood of Izmir. It was very quiet and spacious. The apartment has two floors plus a roof top access to view the sunset, cruise ship etc. It was walking distance to the taxi stand , close to the train station and broad walk where the locals go fishing, jogging, ride etc. Just a reminder you will walk some steep hills to get to and from the train station. We were received and greeted by his assistant Mr. Nihat. He was very humble, useful and delighted to welcome us to Izmir. I would highly recommend.

Everything was very nice, I had a comfortable and clean stay

We stayed in two different houses of Mrs. Nurcan and I can say very clearly that she was very kind and caring. It provided very fast return to phones at any moment. This house we stayed in was very nice, clean, and had everything we needed, even toilet paper, and the house was very comfortable and sweet. Kucukpark is the best neighborhood you can stay in Izmir. When we had a problem with the iron, we said it was very late, and this morning, a brand new iron was left at our door before we woke up. If you are really going to stay in Izmir, this is a nice house and the host was the most friendly and caring. I thank them again.

I have stayed several times in Zeki's accommodation and I have always felt good. Any small problem that occurred was easily solved thanks to the kindness and prompt response of this host. The only downside, let's say, is the considerable slope of the road to reach the house, if you don't want to take a taxi, with luggage it can be very tiring. You must therefore balance, according to the available budget, whether to use a taxi or not. Otherwise, highly recommended

It was located close to the downtown area of Izumil, and it was very easy to sightsee. The room was clean, well-equipped, and I didn't feel any inconvenience during my stay. The host Doa was also very kind and answered questions within 10 minutes, and I was able to stay without any problems.

The owner is so easy to work with and whenever i needed something, he was quick to respond and eager to solve any problem that i had throughout my stay. The location of the house is good, the house was clean when i arrived and everything was as described beforehand. The building and the surrounding of it is also safe. I recommend this place, and especially the owner to anyone looking for a managable place with good location

Mr. Çağrı was very helpful to us in everything. Very helpful and nice host. It also provided a lot of flexibility during check-in and checkout. The house was just like in the photos. The location was great and the site facilities were amazing. When I come to Izmir, I will choose this place again.

The view was incredibly beautiful and the apartment itself was very stylish and impressive. We only stayed for one day, but we liked this short time and enjoyed it.
