This environmentally friendly house is located between Ranua and Simo. It is made of glued timber of northern pine. The house is located on a plot of 6 hectares of well-groomed pine forest. The border of the site is the majestic river Simoyoki. This is one of the few European rivers where the Atlantic salmon freely enters in abundance. 50 km from the villa is the Ranua Zoo - a wildlife park, specialized in Arctic and northern species of animals.

Stay in the countryside in a cozy cottage with river views. The cottage is small,tidy with everything you need. Electric sauna,shower,toilet,stove,dishes,refrigerator and cooking utensils There's a trail to the beach and a rowing boat in use. The beach is rocky and doesn't have a dock, so you need to be able to swim if you take a dip in the river. An air source heat pump that just came in to keep the apartment nice and warmth in the winter.
