Truly stay in the center of it all on the Homer Spit. Just out your door are the many shops, galleries and restaurants, yet on your beach side deck overlooking the beautiful vistas of Kachemak Bay, you’ll swear you are miles away. Conveniently located next door to Central Charters and Tours and Captain Pattie's Restaurant, across the street from the Homer harbor. We have 4 more units. 3 on the spit and 1 house in town. Original Yurt Ecolodge Package #2

Stay at our wilderness ecolodge located in the Kenai Fjords! We offer oceanfront yurt lodging on our property that is surrounded by the Alaskan wilderness. Activities of sea kayaking and hiking are included! Our secluded location is accessible only by boat from Seward, Alaska. We provide boat transportation for all guests. The boat trip is about 40 minutes each way - look for wildlife like whales, otters, eagles, sea lions, and more! This entire experience is included in your nightly rate.

Renfro's Lakeside Retreat Cabins

Nestled in the heart of the Kenai Mountains, Renfro's Lakeside Retreat is located on emerald green Kenai Lake. Renfro's offers five unique cabins which are located on the lake. Renfro's offers spectacular views of huge snow capped mountains and a 30-mile long lake. This pristine retreat has the feel of true wilderness and yet is located only 20 miles from Seward. This means you are within driving distance of the activities people want to see and experience while on the Kenai Peninsula.

Beach House #1

A quaint cottage a short walk from Lowell Point Beach. The cottage has a bedroom with a queen sized bed, and a private carpeted loft with a queen-sized mattress. The loft has a steep staircase, so not ideal for young children or people with mobility issues. A single futon in the living room brings the total sleeping capacity to 5 people. The kitchen is equipped with pots, pans, dishes and utensils. Guests can enjoy use of the picnic area, with a barbecue grill and fire pit.

Conveniently located just behind the Museum & Library, the space has been thoughtfully renovated to blend modern comforts with its historic character.

Surf Shack on Hesketh Island

Sleep to the sound of the sea! The Surf Shack on Hesketh Island is perfect for a small family or a couple and is glamping at its finest. It sits in the trees, 30 feet from the beach, overlooking the water and Yukon Island. This is a remote island property and can only be accessed by boat. We provide water taxi transport with True North Kayak Adventures. Pricing is $90/adult and $75/12 and under, round trip. Kayak and SUP trips are also available as well as rentals.

A Cottage on the Bay

A cottage on the bay is a beach front house with 3 bedrooms, each looking out over Resurrection Bay. A well supplied kitchen and living room allow you to relax while watching the ocean and mountains. The large front deck expands into a sitting area with fire pit, looking over the beach. Stoke the cedar sauna and enjoy walks to the north and south while it warms up! The whales, sea lions, seals, otters and birds make this place truly unique.

Oceanfront Inn Duplex (Downstairs Suite)

A single private unit located downstairs in a two-story duplex. The suite includes two private bedrooms, each with a queen bed, a living/dining area with couch and table, and a full kitchen stocked with dishes and basic cookware. The bathroom includes a stand up shower, no bathtub. Each suite also features a private balcony with the best view in Seward! Access to a shared hot tub, (extra fee), is included with rental of this unit.

Downtown Waterfront Suite with Rez Bay Views

NOTE: Kitchen and bathroom remodeled May 2025. The suite includes a stovetop and convection air fryer oven. This is a small kitchenette, best for simple meals, not full cooking. If you plan to cook daily, it may not be the best fit. -- This is a clean and cozy private downstairs unit, attached to our family home, with a private entrance. Owners on site and happy to help with local activities.

Oscar's Oasis @ Duke's Black Dog Lodge

Oscar's Oasis is a fully restored 1958 Spartan Imperial Villa. Take a step back in time with this one bedroom one bathroom fully equipped aluminum gem that was built in Oklahoma and brought up the Alcan to Alaska during the pipeline boom. You'll feel like you're walking into 1958. A four year complete renovation brings us to our 10'x45' beauty with all the modern day comforts of home.

Kenai Cove Log Cabin

Kenai Cove Log Cabin is a tranquil lakeside hideaway. This custom log home boasts cathedral ceilings, stunning lake views, a large covered deck with a grill, trout fishing and a beach full of perfect skipping rocks. The cabin sleeps a total of 6 guests. It's a perfect location for families or couples to enjoy nature as well as each other.

Beachwood Manor —Right on the Beach

When you arrive, the view reveals itself in a breathtaking sweep of Cook Inlet and the Iliamna, Redoubt and Spur mountains. The spacious 2‑bed/1‑bath home has tall ceilings, comfortable furnishings, and a full kitchen. Enjoy wildlife sightings, stunning views from every window and a setting so beautiful it has even hosted weddings.
