My place is in walking distance to the city center, great views, parks and the beach. You’ll love my studio apartment because of the coziness, the light, and the kitchenette. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and furry friends (pets). The apartment is in walking distance to Dock Square, Restaurants, Bars and beaches. This is a dog friendly neighborhood. WiFi. Off street parking, very safe neighborhood.

Featuring a 6-person hot tub- located in the Sanford Lakes Region, 15 miles from the Wells Beaches, and a short drive from Ogunquit, York, and Kennebunkport. Accessible to many southern Maine attractions- including water parks, golf, go carts, trails, outlet shopping, and theaters. This is a one bedroom unit with its own private bathroom close to Wells Beach, and Route 1 Shopping, restaurants , etc. High-speed WiFi, AC/Heat, comfy queen sized bed, mini fridge, microwave, table with 2 chairs, ceiling fan, first aid kit, iron, and blow dryer. I don't do long term rentals for the summer but please message me if you'd like to do a long term rental from October to May.
