House holiday rentals in Kennebunkport

This was our second time staying at Ned‘s place. Just as Beautiful as it was several years ago. He keeps the property very well maintained and takes pride in making sure we are comfortable and have everything we need for a pleasant stay. Felt right at home!!

I hosted a group of 8 girls here for a bachelorette and we can’t say enough great things about the place. It was clean and exactly how described. There was plenty of parking space for multiple cars. The hot tub was an enjoyable extra amenity. Jey was quick to respond with any concerns or questions. The home was a quick 20 minute drive from downtown Portland.

Jordanna’s place was beautiful and cozy! Perfect for a small family or girls trip up to 3 people. Place was spotless, lots to do in the area and will close proximity to Ogunquit and Kennebunkport. Would go back anytime!

Angela’s place was wonderful! Very cozy, clean and comfortable, well stocked, close to downtown Portland. Snacks was a nice touch! Angela was very responsive. Hope to come back soon!

A beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood with everything you could need. Located a short distance from the beaches, towns, shopping and restaurants. We were here the last week of May when the crowds were not too bad. The weather was perfect—60’s and 70’s. The hosts are extremely responsive. Would definitely stay here again.

Kathi’s place was great! Super close to the Downtown Portland/Old Port area. Kathi was a great host, extremely responsive and genuinely nice, plus she even made my family and I some delicious blueberry muffins for our stay! Her instructions were clear and she made us feel right at home! Would definitely stay again whenever we’re in the area!

Beautiful home in a quiet, family-friendly community. We loved being able to walk up to the pool and play in the game room in the main clubhouse area. The house is a short drive to downtown Kennebunkport and local beaches. It is a quick 30 minute drive up to Portland. Our daughter loved sleeping in the private bedroom upstairs. The kitchen was fully stocked with appliances. The space was immaculate when we arrived. Steve was responsive to any needs we had during our stay. A great find!

We had a great weeklong stay at the house. There was plenty of space both inside and out for us to dine, play and relax. We were 8 people across three generations and everyone enjoyed the house itself as well as the heated pool, BBQ and fire pit. Great location as it was 10 minutes into Kennebunkport and even less to a large supermarket in Kennebunk. We would definitely be more than happy to return in the future.

Our Thanksgiving stay at Anthony and Shirley’s was the best. Their home is lovely and extremely well equipped. We especially appreciated the large country kitchen. We had a wonderful time. Highly recommend it,

The home is tastefully decorated and has an excellent shower and soft bed linens. It is a short walk to the beach and to Kennebunkport shops and restaurants, but the house is on a quiet street. Highly recommend!

My family and I loved staying at Ryan's place! We had three generations, and everyone felt super comfortable in Ryan's charming home. My kids loved the backyard swing set, and we spent lots of time relaxing on the porch! Would highly recommend this place to friends, and can't wait to go back!

We so enjoyed our weekend stay at Lisa’s beautiful Riverside home. We held a low key bachelorette and it was incredible. The home is even more beautiful in person, the beds so comfortable, and the location fabulous. Would come back anytime.

A group of six of us stayed here for Thanksgiving weekend. This is a wonderfully preserved and cared for old home that was built in the 1700s. It's been modernized with a good kitchen, very nice stove, and updated bathrooms. There is a big room with a wood burning fireplace and a separate big room for TV watching. The house is spacious and comfortable. We were able to bring a turkey and supplies and the house had everything we needed to make a full Thanksgiving meal. The location is great. It's a short walk to town and Kennebunkport has great shopping, restaurants and things to see. There is also an access path to a walking trail right next to the house. Mike and Kate and their crew were very responsive to our questions and quite helpful as we looked for places to buy cooking ingredients, including a fresh turkey! We'd love to go back in summer months but this is a great cold-weather getaway too.

I booked this house for my wife's birthday trip and her parents met us. We'd never been to Kennbrunkport or the state of Maine. We wanted something close to their downtown where we could walk, and also sit outside. This place had it all and the staff was amazingly helpful in my planning of the trip. The staff sent me recommendations for dinner and places to explore, helped me get a reservation at an amazing restaurant, and stock the fridge with some local delights. 10/10 and if I ever get back to Kennebrunkport, I'll be sure to get in touch with the Salt & Shine team.

My family and I had a serene experience staying here. Although the weather was mostly rainy or cloudy, we loved the lake location and maximized the indoor, outdoor, and nearby activity options. The hosts were so responsive, regardless of the question, and made this a truly delightful visit. This was my parents’ first Airbnb experience and it set the bar higher than I could have imagined! My family and I are already talking about coming back!!

Kelly could not have been nicer and was very responsive. She helped us get started with the house and suggested restaurants. The house felt like a New England beach, the furnishing were new and everything worked perfectly.

My husband and I have been vacationing in Wells for years. This is the first year we traveled to Wells around the holidays and the first time we used Air BnB. Beautiful time of year to see the lower coastline of Maine. The Air BnB on Atlantic Ave that David hosted is perfect. The atmosphere, location, beachfront, and a spacious patio/deck is amazing. The master bedroom has a remarkable view of the ocean and allows you to hear the sounds of the waves crashing onto the beach for that calm feeling. The town had their 39th annual holiday parade which did not disappoint. No question the Seafood in the area is stellar. Many small shops in the area and if you have time Portland is an hour away and they have a very eclectic scene. Kennebunkport, York, Ogunquit are all in driving distance, those towns are gorgeous as well. We love Wells Beach and everything seems to center around its location. Be advised that some of the local business may be closed due to being seasonal. Thank you David.

Leo's home made you feel right at home! It was incredibly comfortable, had delightful comfortable furnishings, wonderful decorations and art work, a fully stocked kitchen, beautiful surroundings and on a quiet street. What more could you ask for! The house was 1/2 mile to the bagel shop and an easy mile walk into Kennebunkport for some great shopping and meals out..in particular our favorite, Chez Rosa! We were in town for a marathon in Wells and rather enjoyed staying in Kennebunk for its classic charm and easy access to incredible beaches with endless walking and breathtaking sites! Thank you for allowing us to stay in this very warm and welcoming home!

We had a wonderful stay at 'Simple and Happy'. It was extremely clean and comfortable. There was nothing that we needed, everything was thought of and provided for. The decorations and ambiance was spectacular! We especially enjoyed sitting out on the back deck overlooking the marsh and watching the birds. Stephanie was an excellent host!

The hosts were fast to respond and provided great recommendations. The cottage is quaint and cute, the location and view were unbeatable. The road is steps from the cottage, so expect to hear some traffic. I’m a light sleeper so that posed a bit of challenge for me (though not my husband and kids) - however there was a sound machine on sight to save the day (or should I say night). Enjoyed our stay!

My husband and I loved staying here for our honeymoon! This loft provided the perfect mix of relaxation and plenty of things to do being so close to Kennebunkport, downtown Kennebunk and Gooch's Beach. We loved sitting out on the porch every morning and exploring in the afternoon/evening. This Airbnb was super cozy and provided everything we needed for our vacation. We also loved meeting their dog, Dewey!

We have stayed here five years in a row. There is plenty of room. The house is very clean and you can"t beat the location. We will be back again next year. Rives is a great host!

Martha’s place was AMAZING. It exceeded expectations and Martha was very helpful even from before we made reservations. This was a mother daughter weekend and the space and layout of the house was ideal. There was space for the children to have fun while the adults were catching up. Even though the snow kept us inside, there were so many games and puzzles to keep us all laughing and having fun. The location is conveniently walkable to the town. Everyone in our group of 8 (4 pre-teens and 4 adults) loved the trip and want to do it again! Thanks, Martha!

the house was very clean and was EXTREMELY well stocked...water bottles, spices, k cups with creamers and sugars to comfy throws and a well stocked game room for kids. I was very impressed !!
