Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Kennett River

Was a beautiful stay, amazing views, quiet and beautiful fire place that warmed the cottage. Kitchen was well equipped and there were extra blankets incase we needed! Definitely would stay here again :)

Had a great 2 nights here! Very spacious and comfortable. The fireplace was cosy and having heating in each bedroom was perfect. Hosts were very responsive to any questions I had. Definitely recommend this place if you’re staying in Lorne.

If you're looking for a tranquil escape, Coral Fern Retreat is it! The home is immaculately presented, and Barbara and Greg couldn't have been better hosts – their detailed instructions were so helpful. I can't recommend it enough and am already looking forward to my next visit!

Simon and Mella’s home was absolutely perfect for our family wedding weekend. The house was ideal for three families and our grandchildren loved the games and trampoline. The house well equipped and had everything (and more) than we could have asked for. The views were magnificent and the surrounds were so very peaceful. Time in the hammock and looking out to the ocean is a must if you stay at 180 Vista! Simon and Mella responded immediately to any questions l had and were extremely accommodating with check in times. I had the most wonderful stay at this Airbnb – everything was absolutely perfect from start to finish. The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described in the listing (if not even better in person!). The attention to detail was impressive – from the cozy furnishings to the fully equipped kitchen and thoughtful little touches that made me feel right at home. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I had the best sleep during my stay. The bathroom was clean and modern, with great water pressure and all the amenities I needed. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, which was important for me since I needed to do some work during my trip. The location was also perfect – quiet and peaceful, yet close to everything. Fabulous place! We had an amazing time and it's probably the best-equipped Airbnb we've ever stayed at. The attention to detail is impressive, with everything thoughtfully provided, from the cozy bedding to the well-stocked kitchen. The host truly goes above and beyond to make guests feel at home. The location was perfect too—close to town and beach but still peaceful and private. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay and will definitely be back

Susan’s apartment was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for our getaway. It was the perfect location, close to the shops and restaurants but off the main strip so it is not noisy. Susan was very responsive, provided lots of information and even checked in with us as soon as the power went out (for a few seconds). The early check in and late check out were a bonus!

We had a great time at the Portarlington National Celtic festival over the June long weekend. To top this off our very comfortable accommodation was a highlight. The Hosts have put so much effort to make their place a home away from home and it shows with every thoughtful detail . Certainly would recommend to anyone wanting to stay and also explore the beautiful Bellarine Peninsula. Hopefully we can return for another luxury escape !! Rgds Margaret & Bob

Very comfortable and well designed unit, small details are thought out with care, communication was amazing and the Fleur gave us plenty of detail on where was good in the area. Beautiful views, in a great location and just a short walk from the local amenities. Fleur even went as far as making sure the fire was lit on arrival which was a welcome touch on a winters evening - excellent and tentative host! Would gladly stay at any of Fleur’s accommodations in the future, and a must stay if you’re looking for a peaceful and relaxing stay in Anglesea.

This was our second time here and we loved it just as much as the first. It's just great for pets: the enclosed yard is spacious so you can just let the doggo go outside and wander without worrying. The broader grounds are lovely. You feel like you are out in the country but if you forgot something, the Torquay shops are just a 10 min drive away. The animals, trampoline, pool, and ping pong are all great for the whole family. Terry is just lovely to chat with and very helpful if you need anything. Finally, check out the Great Ocean Road nursery and café just two doors down — delicious food and coffee and a very pleasant spot.

I had a lovely stay at Boonaview at The Victoria. The place was just as described—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Ruth was a wonderful host—very responsive, friendly, and helpful throughout the stay. I really appreciated her clear communication and warm hospitality. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

A hidden gem just outside Lorne where the only drama is deciding whether to have your wine in the hot tub or by the fire. Spoiler: we did both. Peaceful, cozy, and the perfect spot to live your best relaxed life.

This place is exactly what is advertised. What a great place! We walked into nice smells, warmth and a bottle chilled, nice touch Fran. The bed, the bath, the view! All stellar! I want that bed, bath and view all year round. Attention to detail was my biggest carry out. So many pump bottles with various creams and lotions. Luxury bathrobes. The bed again, it was next level. Fire place with everything you needed. Windows very clean, even the balcony wall glass. Gardens pretty, so pretty. Sofa big enough to lounge on. Kitchen with everything I needed, even quality plates and bowls. Single drawer dishwasher! Black out draw down blinds. The spa has candles. A local guide book that is actually helpful! 7min drive to town. Earth friendly products. I found this place to be the best place on Airbnb I’ve ever stayed. I could go on about their attention to detail. Fran was really attentive to anything I had to ask. We had zero issues and now have an Airbnb we’ll visit more. Thanks Fran.
