Fitness-friendly holiday rentals in Kent Island

Let me start off by saying that my Husband and I had an absolutely AMAZING time staying at Hussain's place! From start to finish, everything exceeded our expectation. The communication with Hussain was always smooth and prompt, making the booking process hassle-free. Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted and were given a tour of the property. The space was immaculately clean and beautifully decorated, providing a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. The amenities provided were top-notch, ensuring that we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, with a Starbucks, Smoothie King, Nail Spa, and Organic food store, all nearby. In the neighborhood, there were several hiking trails. We enjoyed exploring the area and found plenty of great dining options nearby. Overall, our experience was nothing short of amazing. We cannot recommend Hussain and his property highly enough. Thank you for such a memorable stay—we will definitely be back!

We loved this cute and cozy place in North Beach! Amazing amenities (beach passes and supplies, best pillows ever) and made you feel right at home with a well stocked kitchen and fun games and books. Super communicative host, definitely recommend!!

Had an amazing stay at this beautiful place! Charlene was the most wonderful host, going above and beyond to greet us and answer any questions we had during our stay. She provided plenty of recommendations for things to do in the area, with many restaurants and a lake conveniently nearby. I recommended this place to all of my friends and I am already looking forward to staying here again in the future!

David was amazing! Someone from his team declined my request, but David immediately reached out & rectified it. He sent all needed information in advance, the home was as described, there was actually a lot of food & supplies there, (condiments, full containers of lotion/shampoo, coffee, creamer, etc). We were there for a work trip, but decided to stay at an Airbnb instead & it was a great choice. We spent some time on the rooftop balcony relaxing, enjoying the view, & did some team bonding. I stayed in the downstairs bedroom & I have literally never been so comfortable in a bed that's not my own. I was tempted to reach out and ask where that duvet & bedding came from, it was so comfy. I slept like a baby, (I never do when I'm not in my own bed). The location was convenient for uber drop off & within 20 minutes of everywhere we needed to go, (we were there during Pride & there was tons of traffic & we still got to the Capitol Hill, airport, National Mall...everywhere in 20min).

Wonderful place to stay and wonderful host. Will return!

These are some of the nicest air b n ber's out there. They are into fitness and you can see it in the way they use the extra energy they have from their health regimens, to make sure that every detail is in order. They're smart, you can deduce this by how clever some of the little touches are. I don't want to give them away. Just go stay there and you'll catch the vibe.

What a beautiful setting! As the others have said, it's in the perfect location with a beautiful view of St. Mary's church and the Maryland statehouse dome. Freshly renovated, you'll find a fully-tiled shower in place of the usual tub/shower combo. This is a perfect place for someone who does not like stairs. Easy access in and about the condo complex. The kitchen is fully equipped for anything you'd like to do, if cooking in. There are no curtains in the windows of the living space. There is a shade in the bedroom. The bed is comfortable, as are the sofa and loveseat. My husband and I stayed here for 6 months while our house was being renovated, and we felt quite at home.

This was an awesome stay! If you have infants their place is a must as it is easily baby proofed and has so many accessible items!

We had a great stay at Veni, Vidi, Vici! Exactly as pictured and described. Great location. Very close to NoMa Metro station. The only thing that could have made it even better is if the bed had been a queen instead of a full size.

Judy was an excellent host and the place was great ! Walking distance to everything .No matter what time you need to speak Judy she was available .This is a great condo with a spectacular view .10/10

If you enjoy DC, this place gives you quick and easy access to the city at a very low price. Ida was very responsive throughout our entire stay and was quick to answer questions or solve issues for us.

Very, very clean and spacious. Adrian sent very clear check-in directions and responded promptly to communications. He also provided a thorough guest manual. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. The space was more comfortable than in pictures and the gym equipment seemed very nice. We were very happy with our stay.

We loved our family stay at the Saint Albans. The house fit all 13 of us comfortably, and it was in a great location. The kids (and adults) loved playing in the backyard. In addition to the stay being great and the house being well-stocked with everything we needed, the owner went above and beyond in assisting us with retrieving something that was left behind after checkout. Thanks Felicia! We would love to stay again.

A wonderful home with great amenities and a very kind, helpful and responsive host. She respected our privacy and accommodated everything we needed. The hot tub and sauna were lovely. She even had a plastic pool for our dogs to play in. The house was well stocked and clean. There was clear communication from booking to checkout. We would for sure stay again!

This is a very charming, renovated Annapolis Victorian house within walking distance to the restaurants in Eastport. Beautiful backyard. Great quiet place to stay if visiting Annapolis.

Literally speechless for how much we loved this place. She went above and beyond. You actually feel like a guest in one of a close family friend’s home and not a stranger. I’d love to return! 10/10 can’t recommend enough!

The James-Cecil home was an amazing choice for my Family. My family and I had an absolutely fantastic stay! From the moment we arrived, The home was spotless, just like the pictures from the Air B&B website. The home was beautifully decorated, and equipped with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The beds were cozy which lead to an amazing night sleep being away from home. What the James and Cecil group didn’t say was how amazing the view at night overlooking Washington DC was breathtaking from the house. The James and Cecil Group went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. I recommend the James and Cecil home to anyone looking to create beautiful memories with your family. I would like to say this experience was a 10/10.
