Classic Guesthouse is amazing! I had a team of 11 missionaries here for a week and this place was perfect for a mission team. It's cute and quirky and perfectly located in the city. Mama Grace was such a loving host and it felt like my team was staying with a favorite aunt. She made sure we had everything we needed and called to make sure our meals would be ready when we arrived from a long day of ministry. We will have another team there in 2 weeks and I plan to place my future teams there.

Victoria and Ben are wonderful people. Even though I only spent one night with them, I immediately felt part of the family. Their hospitality and warmth make this place priceless. Stella is a great host and own a lovely place. Very spacious bedroom and very nice dinner for 1500Ksh. A tuktuk wilk take you to their private beach. Unfortunately we couldn't stay longer for family reasons but we will be back!

This is the perfect place to stay during a visit to Watamu! It's beautiful and peaceful with extremely friendly staff!

Our 2-night stay at Amu house was a dream. We were specifically interested in staying in Lamu's Old Town in contrast with accommodations in the more touristy resort-studded area of Shela, and we were not disappointed! Between wandering the local alleys filled with locals of all ages and donkeys, relaxing at night on the roof with views of boats in the harbor, surrounded by the sounds of the Ramadan prayers, we felt totally immersed in the unique, rich Swahili culture of Lamu Island. And this is to say nothing of the beautiful, comfortable, spacious accommodations of Amu house! Check-in was a breeze: Mohammed Aweso from Amu house met us promptly at the airport, where he led us on a short boat ride and a 3 min walk to the house. After a quick tour of the house, Mohammed offered to arrange any number of excursions and activities for us throughout our stay. We took up on his offer for a walking tour of Old Town, and it was one of the highlights of our trip. We can't wait to return again!

Great place to stay. We were there for 2 weeks. Met our expectations. Next time in Nairobi will definitely stay there.

The room is large, clean, tidy and well maintained. The complex is also very beautiful. We were served an excellent breakfast at 6 in the morning, as we needed to leave early. The only thing that was less successful for us in the room is the shower, where the water wasn't really hot, the marker is located in the center of the bathroom without a curtain or shower and the shower room gets all wet after every use. In addition, you need to fix the location of the room on the site, as it brought it a few miles away from the place. Please google Northgate Resort Isolo.

A really unique place to stay, highly to recommend for everyone who needs calmness from the city, close to a waterfall with a lovely nice reading spot, in a house with a fascinating architecture. The girls working at the homestay are great, really one of a kind. The breakfast is a daily joy. Note for longer stays that the Wi-Fi is rather unreliable (e.g. for video calls) and there is not a kitchen in all rooms, the host family nicely invited us to use their kitchen but this always required some organization.

Ally is a number one host. He’s very reactive and tries to help with any of the wishes you have, without pushing you into anything. He arranged some amazing dinner for me and the breakfast was also incredible. He gave me instructions and material to go snorkeling on my own. What a paradise under water! Ally is trying to improve even more, so I suppose the upcoming guests will only get more and more.

female traveller1st time Kenya. felt totally safe at Andrews villa and in the area. Andrew was welcoming arranged for me to picked up from Mombassa airport safe friendly driver Harman. airline lost my luggage 4 days! Andrew kindly brought me 2 pairs of shorts. all staff are lovely, friendly all men apart from Zawadi cleaner I felt totally safe. room lovely clean 5 min to beech/restaurant. I had meals at villa too Farim is an amazing friendly chef caters to your needs goes above&beyond. security Kazungu friendly and put me at ease. gambo my motorbike driver always available to pick me up or take me where I want. took me to Gede ruins , Malandi etc. all staff lovely safe quiet area (I here low season). 1 issue hotwater not connected to room Andrew going to sort and no Wi-Fi, data expensive keep in touch with family however don't let this put you off highly recommend Andrews Villa. The place was very beautiful, green and nicely quiet. I really enjoyed my time there. The food was also verr good, well prepared with generous portions. The staff was friendly and ready to assist at all times. I had an activity some distance away and when I had car trouble they sent someone to come help me late in the night. All in all I had a very good experience here and I would highly recommend it to anyone.

We loved our stay at Sunset Lab, it was a really nice vibe with only 5 rooms allowing you lots of space and freedom. The rooms were perfectly spacious, cleaned daily and had great outdoor areas where you can chill. The pizzas were 10/10 along with the cocktails. Highly recommend and great value for money!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Nora's. The room was very clean and the bathroom is very spacious with 2 large windows. The breakfast is very filling and delicious. The only con was that the wifi didn't work properly in the room. So if you wann get good reception you'll have to sit in the common area or around the pool. which was absolutely fine for me. The poolside is very relaxing and quiet.

We spent two beautiful days at the baobab dream house. Evans and his brothers took wonderful care of us and were always helpful. Thank you
