Warm welcome to Iltaranta! This holiday home, built in 2013, comfortably accommodates up to 9 people with modern amenities. The property includes a main building and a separate lakeside sauna cabin, which can also be used for accommodation. The main building features three bedrooms with a total of three double beds. It is equipped with underfloor heating and an air-source heat pump. A hot tub is located on the terrace of the lakeside sauna. The spacious plot includes a private sandy beach, and guests have access to a rowing boat. The main building includes: 3 bedrooms + living room + open kitchen + shower + WC + sauna with an electric stove. The bathroom is equipped with a washing machine and has direct access to the terrace. The living room features a TV, Wi-Fi, a heat-storing fireplace, and an air-source heat pump. The separate lakeside cabin features a sofa bed for two people, a sauna, and bathroom facilities. The cabin includes a traditional Finnish wood-heated sauna, with easy access for a refreshing swim. The cabin is equipped with a double sofa bed, a TV, and all essential amenities for a comfortable stay. The location is peaceful with a large private lot and no nearby neighbors. Outdoor activities are easily accessible, and you’re free to enjoy the surrounding nature. Savonlinna is just a 45-minute drive away and is well worth a visit. There are excellent spots nearby for berry and mushroom picking. Villa by the pond

Fall in love with the stunning scenery surrounding this place. The villa is located on the shore of Sirkkalampi by the beautiful clear water. It is located about 17 km from the city center. The cottage has running cold and hot water. The water is drinkable. Also an indoor toilet and shower. Wooden sauna with a beautiful view of the pond. There are kitchen appliances such as a refrigerator, freezer, oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, water and coffee maker. There is also a washing machine. The sunlight comes to the cottage all day long.

Home from the last millennium

Stay in the middle of Kitee, on the corner of the square, all services are within walking distance. The house is from the 50s and the decor is from the 90s. Bedroom with double bed and living room with two 80 cm beds. Extra bed option for two with 10cm mattresses. The kitchen is retro with modern appliances, however. Toilet small but clean and tidy. The shower facilities are downstairs, shared with another apartment, lockable door. Marimekko's cotton bed linen and towels are washed with unscented detergent and ironed.

Niittyniemi villa is a fully equipped holiday home on the shore of Puruvesi, which is part of Lake Saimaa. The villa has 2 bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, a loft, a bathroom, a toilet, and a sauna with both a wood-burning and electric sauna stove. A separate beach sauna and a 2 bedroom cabin are available. The quiet location and good outdoor facilities, as well as rowing, provide a great setting for a perfect holiday. I am welcoming residents and guiding them in relation to their vacation.

You can bring your whole family to this amazing peaceful place with plenty of room for fun for up to 9 people. Pets are welcome! The house is located about 300m from a modern sports field, an indoor swimming pool, forest (skiing) trails, a ski jumping tower and an ice rink. A free tennis court and a volleyball sand court can be found in the same place. 10 min walk to the supervised beach and shops. There is space for 4 cars in the yard. We don't allow charging electric cars!
