This ketchikan studio has the ABSOLUTE best location in town. This is Studio 2 of 2 (the 1st one is across the hall from the first) Centrally located, you are seconds away from the ocean, tours, fishing, shops, bars, restaurants, & wildlife (salmon, eagles, & the occasional bear or whale) There are TWO units available.
