Smoking friendly holiday rentals in Phnom Penh

The place is pretty good. Had everything I needed and it was just as it was advertised. Didn’t really have any major issues. The only minor one was that I couldn’t open the door to the outside patio. But it wasn’t a big deal to the point it would lose a star.

Very clean and spacious air conditioned apartment right at the midpoint of the Riverside Promenade. Close to the night market and the Royal Palace. Lovely to people watch in the evenings when all the lights come on. Perfect for our needs. Thank you.

Claudio was an awesome host! Very helpful with suggestions and he responded quickly to inquiries. The apartment is small, but the location is great and easy to get local transportation. Walkable to Riverside drive and all the local street fair and festivities. I highly recommend both the apartment and the host!!! Thank Claudio for all your help! I look forward to next time!

Very nice place wity a beautiful view over the Bassac river. Even though plow sisowat Boulevard is a noisy place in terms of traffic (to be expected) but once you close the double balcony doors, it's amazingly quiet. In the bedrooms there is absolutely no sound from the buzzing nightlife. Very nice, wel decorated spacy place. Will definitely be my favorite place to go to when visiting Phnom Penh

Really lovely stay in the heart of Phnom Penh. The apartment is quiet, but just near (and an easy walk to) a lot of restaurants and shops. Comfortable furniture, cute kitchen with everything you need, and has a washing machine - which is great! Angel also provides all soap for the laundry and bathroom. She was really responsive and helpful. I really enjoyed the stay and would stay again. The only thing to note is that it’s on the second floor and there are two sort of steep staircases to get to the apartment - just a note if you have mobility issues. 10/10 ⭐️

This location was great! Was able to find the place easily and complete private access so I can come and go as it please. It was located in a perfect area with lots of food carts so if you’re a budget, this is a perfect place within a few blocks. You can find food carts everywhere.. make sure you download the Grab app if your foreigner coming in as the touchups are everywhere and if you don’t hell I’d grab they will rip you off

Staying here felt lovely. So comfy. Hot shower, clean kitchen and quiet house.

The room was small, but had a small balcony. The location was good, and the market and cafes were within walking distance, so we enjoyed eating there every day. The street in front of the house was quiet and beautiful with trees. There was a small refrigerator, cooking utensils, and a desk, which were very useful for a long stay.

The place is very comfy and easy to find. Stayed here for 7 nights and i would say it was a comfortable stay. However, the AC was a bit weak so it takes a bit long to feel the AC, with the hot weather, it can be slightly frustrating. Also one of the bathrooms has slight smell. Otherwise, all was good!

My stay at Thong's place was very good. His communication was excellent, his family and him were very friendly, the room was spacious, clean and very well stocked (it even had toothpaste, soap, cooking oil, full kitchen utensils etc and when I asked for a fan for the bathroom he courteously brought one for me), the location was very good, on this street are a lot of trees so even during the day the room was not hot. Super easy check-in and check-out, comfortable bed, I can't ask for anything more, I would stay again. Very happy with my stay here. Thanks Thong!

Vanny and his family are wonderful, warm, kind people. Their facility isn’t for everyone - the stairwell to the first and top floors are steep and many of the showers lack hot water, but the entire building is kept spotlessly clean. Being a hostel, most guests are younger people traveling with backpacks. It’s certainly an opportunity to meet people from around the world and with the friendly, warm environment created by Vanny and his family, it’s a pleasant experience to stay there. I was there for a month. I’m an older person in my late 60’s and I choose Vanny’s place so I could have the opportunity to meet people. I did a lot of work while I stayed there and found that the wifi and electricity were more than adequate. All in all, a wonderful experience.

We had a lovely time at Sodavia’s stay. The room was lovely, comfortable and very clean. And the location was perfect, with an easy walk to all activities and restaurants that we wanted to visit

Good place, definitely no problem at all with cockroaches as other people said in the comments, the place was clean and comfy. The host doesn't respond too quickly, so make sure you have all the info before the check-in. Otherwise, it was a great stay!!

This condo has really good location And very cool swimming pool view The kitchen equipment is insufficient to cook , the owner offers you to bring whatever you lack but I could not bother , since it is too many things lacking if you want to cook. Probably it is just me This condo in total had a very good price - quality ratio

Chelsea’s apartment is very nice and easy to live in - the building itself also offers great amenities such as a supermarket, numerous restaurants and a pool! Chelsea herself was very attentive and was constantly answering our questions and giving us useful information about Phmom Penh.

We really enjoyed our extended stay here. Sovanney was a great host who went over and beyond for any need we had and responded quickly. The location is great as it is connected to Olympia Mall, so easy access to a lot of things including banks, money exchange, ATMs as well as grocery store. We had to pick up key in another location about 10 minutes away which can be a bit inconvenient but you can leave key there on exit. Also electricity is rechargeable and limited, so please check with host for updated information regarding this. Overall we enjoyed our stay as it was exactly what we needed.

Malen was a very responsive host, and helpful. I had a good stay at the airbnb. The place was spacious, clean and kitchen had all the utensils needed. The location is a little quiet, but it’s close to a great hub of local food and street vendors (5 minutes away).

The place was just as the pictures! It was clean and comfortable to stay. There’s a nice river view too. I was able to find a lot of nice places that was in walkable distance, such as food, massage etc. It was a happening area as well, especially because it was the Cambodia new year during my stay, there were a lot of people celebrating nearby, it was a fun experience for me! Other than that, Tharo was an amazing host, accommodating me the best he could! Always responsive and helpful :) Overall, I think this is a good location in Phnom Penh, close to everywhere you would like to visit in Phnom Penh. Highly recommended!

Darwin Villa was a wonderful place to stay. A private room with a balcony spa bath, overlooking the Mekong River. The sunrise and nighttime view were spectacular. I will definitely stay again. 5 stars.
