Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Phnom Penh

My second time staying at Sekyan's place was just as nice as the first. Great apartment, nice area, friendly and proactive host and great value for money.

This condo was very modern and clean. The furnishings were nice, linens were spotless, and bathrooms/kitchen all brand new. The views from the rooftop pool and bar were absolutely amazing. You could see all of Phnom Penh and the different rivers on all sides. The location was convenient,.. easy to get to everything and easy to find transportation. We never waited for more than 2 minutes for a Grab ride to arrive. The building was secure with guards out front and a keycard required to enter the lobby and elevator. The staff were friendly and helpful. The host was super responsive, friendly and kind. We stayed for 2 weeks and they arranged for a cleaning mid-way, which we really appreciated. We would definitely stay here again.

D SUITES was my best experience in Cambodia, leaving to their place was just a same feeling as me traveling within China, host is a very young couple and warm hearted people I really appreciated the way they received me in their place I can really and fully recommend this place to anyone who is or planning to come in Cambodia. 大家可以去试试这个地方真的非常不错 价格也很不错😋

LAN war nie anwesend, den Schlüssel zu bekommen war schwierig, die an der Reception lehnten die Betreuung von Airbund b Gästen ab, wir brauchten lange um den von LAN genannten Parkwächter zu finden bei der Abreise war es genau so! Wegen AC mussten wir 90 $ an Elektrizität dazugeben. Das Haus, der Pool etc waren super

This is the 4th time I've stayed at this property. Booked a slightly more expensive and bigger room than previous years which was great value for money. Staff very friendly and I checked in 2 hours earlier than official check-in time. This year security at the main gate. Used Grab wherever I went. Highly recommended

This is a wonderful housing location with super clean fully supplies. The water pressure is weak for shower. I wish there are aluminum foil and lastic wrapping supply that 8 apcan utilize the full sett kitchen More. Great oven, dish washer, Microwave, Laundry machine. There is a few bird pet noise I don't like from the neighbor next door day and night time everyday. I will come back next month again.

This apartment must be experienced for anyone staying in Phnom Penh and looking for an interesting experience. Beautiful high ceilings and a gigantic balcony with lovely Khmer decor throughout the space. Outside is a vibrant, loud, and decidedly raw neighbourhood full of restaurants, bars... and more bars. Great access to the riverfront, the night market, and a quick walk or tuktuk ride to the main sights in the city. Highly recommend staying in Borei's place. 5 stars all around!

I’d recommend this place to anyone coming to Phnom Penh. Not only is it conveniently close to the airport, it’s affordable priced and VERY clean. Lea helped me with my laundry, and gave me lots of good tips. 10/10 would recommend

My hosts were extremely friendly & helpful. They were always available. The room was very clean and spacious and the bathroom was immaculate. The bed was amazing, I haven't slept that well in a very long time ! Very convenient: the hosts offer a 2-wheeler/scooter rental service for those in need. The only inconvenience is outside of the hosts control: neighbors are very noisy especially on weekends. They sing their hearts away, cranking the volume up to max.

A beautiful and clean home and conveniently close to the airport! Leakhana was lovely and the communication was wonderful. I wish I could have stayed longer.

Was a great stay and Sophea was extremely proactive and great at communicating. The home is pretty and was clean. Sadly, the river that used to be behind the house no longer exists, and has been replaced with a construction site.

I've had a great experience staying with Seyha and his lovely wife, Kim, and two adorable young girls. They made me feel at home as soon as I arrived, and as time went by (I stayed for 5 weeks) I felt ever more and more at home, like part of the family. The room itself more than met my expectations. It is huge and has a fantastically large and comfortable bed, not to mention the stunning wood-carved base and headboard, fit for a king, and the en suite bathroom is immaculate. The rest of the house, including the kitchen, is very homely, with no airs and graces, which makes the whole experience feel real. You never feel like you are intruding when you use the kitchen and other common areas. The hosts' communication style is totally non-invasive and very respectful and friendly. I highly recommend Seyha's home to anyone visiting Phnom Penh; I certainly will stay here again when I return.

well this condo is more like a penthouse - i loved my 30 days there and was blown away by the quality of the condo and the staff who work there. This is a must for anyone visiting Cambodia. It is soo central but not in the centre so it is calm and peaceful - loved it sooo much. Was very sad to leave. I would score it 120 out of 100 - it by far passed all my expectations

My friend and I had a wonderful two weeks at Reasey's place. It is a 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom condo. It was very clean and well-equipped and she left little extras (coffee, tea, instant noodles) for us which were appreciated on arrival. The building is fantastic as it has a rooftop garden with beautiful views of the city. There is also a cafe/bakery, mini mart, and gym/swimming pool on the 4th floor which were super convenient. The neighborhood is completely safe and there are many restaurants within walking distance. There are tuk-tuks always around too which make it convenient to get around the city if you don't feel like walking. Reasey checked in on us and was always super responsive. She is a wonderful host and I highly recommend staying at her place. If I go back to Phnom Penh, I will definitely stay at her place again. Thank you for everything Reasey!

Très belle surprise A+! 10 minutes d'un excellent supermarché à l'européenne. Starbuck, pâtisserie française et restaurants chinois, japonais, cambodgiens, etc à 2 minutes ainsi que le Casino pour les intéressés. Arrivée et contact faciles. Localisation parfaite. Appartement avec vue superbe. Piscine et centre sportif extra et très facile d'accès. Équipement: excellent matelas, tranquilité pour dormir, tv et technologie A+, vue superbe, complexe sécuritaire complètement, eau potable avec réservoir dans l'appartement: un must, et plus encore... Si vous avez besoin de quoi que ce soit, demandez à votre hôte, il est super gentil et vous répond très rapidement. Nous y étions pour quelques jours et nous avons prolongé avec plaisir. Séjour très agréable A+! Merci Eric.

Wonderful place, just as advertised. Lovely neighbourhood with loads of restaurants at walking distance. Host was very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend.

Darwin Villa was a wonderful place to stay. A private room with a balcony spa bath, overlooking the Mekong River. The sunrise and nighttime view were spectacular. I will definitely stay again. 5 stars.

The apartment was exactly like the photos, spacious and very modern. It was a space that you could definitely stay at long term. The entire apartment, the appliances in the kitchen and the bathroom all seemed very new and modern. The building was always clean and well maintained, with friendly staff. The gym and pool area were amazing, they were well looked after, very accessible and a huge bonus to get with your stay. The value you get for what you pay is very good. Cao was a really friendly, polite and helpful host - the communication was always really fast and Cao was always very quick to help out with any request or message. Again - very pleasant stay, a good apartment for a long or short term stay!
