Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Khanom District

Absolutely superb stay I’ve already made enquiries to stay again cannot fault anything great equipment in the kitchen comfy beds amazing Pool. Private, outside area, washing machine. Would 💯 % recommend to anyone especially large groups. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay and use your amazing villa it’s be fantastic 🙏

If you’re looking for a different kind of experience, this is the place to come. The villa is surrounded by lush greenery and forest at the back, while the front opens up to a stunning sea view. Every detail has been thoughtfully considered. Having someone kind prepare your breakfast in the morning to them doing it all quietly without disturbing you was amazing While I went to the gym, my room was cleaned and our daily needs were always taken care of. We didn’t have to go to the market even once. You don’t even notice the presence of security or staff, everything runs so smoothly. Just 400 meters down the road, there’s a Muay Thai and fitness gym. After training, jumping into the pool or spending time in the ice bath was the perfect way to unwind. Everything was so well thought out, thank you so much. I had an amazing time.

Fantastic place to stay at. I stayed with a group of 6 people and the home was spacious with a breathtaking view. All of the rooms had bathrooms and we were all comfortably able to have our own space in the home. Olivier was flexible with check in and provided a big list of things to do in Koh Samui that we took advantage of. He also helped us have mopeds brought to the house. Cannot recommend this place enough and will be returning on my next trip to Thailand.

Very nice villa with a very nice view. Of course, you have to cope with steep mountains, but who wants this view also expects it. 1 bed would need to be renewed. The outdoor lighting is very nice for a larger group.

Beautiful place, location is up on a hill and not very walkable but was easy to coordinate transportation with local taxis, grab, etc. amazing view. Matthew was a responsive and helpful host and the staff were very welcoming!!

Great place and peaceful if you are looking for a place to with a very private moments with your partner then that’s the one - Pannipa was so friendly from the very beginning till the good bye and very attentive to the details and with great recommendations for the best Koh Samui places She is a great host for sure Me and my wife loved the place One simple comment to make this place even greater :- the place needs TV Pls as the place is in a private location you will definitely need a bike to move around the place (don’t worry Pannipa got you one for sure) Good luck for you and marcus 🙏🏻

Wow, what a beautiful place. Exactly like the photos, check-in process is a breeze, the beautiful hosts had a very detailed list of restaurants to check out nearby, activities and so forth, as well as being very accomodating with booking things should we need to. Very peaceful and serene, far from the hustle and craziness but close to so many gems. The details within and outside the house are amazing and would definitely book this place again to experience for a much longer time. Thank you Stephen & Neaw

"Amazing Stay at the Headland villas! We had an incredible time at this beautiful villa on Koh Samui! The property exceeded our expectations - it was clean, spacious, and perfectly located. The villa's private pool and outdoor area were perfect for relaxing and taking in the stunning views. The interior was tastefully decorated and well-equipped with everything we needed. The host christophe’s, was extremely helpful and responsive, providing us with excellent recommendations for local restaurants and activities. We can't wait to come back and stay here again! I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The apartment is very nice and exactly as advertised and the area is very peaceful since it is in the countryside. However, you are not too far from Lamai so for me the location was perfect. You should rent a motorbike if you stay here. Chrissie and her husband are very friendly and helpful and there’s a very friendly dog who will greet you every time you go out and leave. I would recommend this place to others and I will stay here again if I come to Samui.

I chose this place mainly because there is a Kitchen and Lamai is my favorite place in Koh Samui. Luckily there was a huge terrace with a fantastic view where I spent hours every day watching what happened in the lush nature. I like the ocean, but the infinity pool was fantastic. I had it all to myself for hours most days...floting on my air mattress watching the incredible view. The best supermarket (Makro) on the island is just around the corner. You need a scooter to get around. Rental is cheap...but be focused when driving. 3 minutes to Lamai beach and less than a minute to Makro supermarket.

Stay was very good, very easy and flexible check-in and the hostess was always available by phone and very friendly. Rooms were cleaned daily and water etc. were provided Pool was also great and was cleaned daily. Overall stay was really very good, only had good experiences with the property.

Just perfect. Appartement spotless all what you need is there. Maid Nan was great, very friendly. Combinaison of private place plus the use of the resort facilités is fantastic. Host very réactive, good advises all great. Hope just that next time I want to book it will bé free !!!!

I had a lovely stay. Place is as advertised. A little bit up a hill which was annoying, but still fine. Very responsive, communicative and helpful host. The washroom was very beautiful. Definitely a good place to stay if you want your own small getaway in Koh Samui.

From the moment we arrived, we felt at home. This two-bedroom place was perfect for our time there. And we enjoyed it so much we would have loved to have extended and stayed longer. The setup inside with two bedrooms (we used as an office space/exercise/yoga space) was spacious and comfortable. We liked that there were two bathrooms, both with hot water. The enclosed verandah with the fan was also a treat - our favourite spot for breakfast. We could walk to restaurants and to the beach (tidal). The apartment came with a motorbike, so it was easy to go out and explore the hidden coffee shops, restaurants, and Lamai Beach. The apartment is situated in a quieter area on the south of the island. It is 15 to 20 min from the 'Lamai buzz, noise and busyness'. For us this was the perfect place to breathe, relax and feel refreshed. Dave is an excellent host. He is well-connected and helped us out of a couple of tricky situations. He is very knowledgeable and made our stay relaxing and special

Very lovely, Airbnb and well kept

My son and I loved this HUGE condominium. It was close to everything. We loved the big beds, clean bathrooms, and lovely view of the pool. We were met upon arrival and shown around the place. We paid our deposit and were told about paying for the electricity usage. We didn’t use the AC very much. I had to turn it off at night because I was too cold. Both bedroom face the street and have very large windows. The street is very quiet so there was no problem with noise. The beds are very comfortable. They only have a light top sheet - no light blanket. I loved this condo, but I did not like the lighting in the vanity and sink area. It’s too dark. I will echo what others have said about the uncomfortable furniture. The couch is awful. The main living/kitchen room has two ceiling fans but no AC, so that area gets very warm. If you want a good Thai massage, go to Mochi massage. The owner with long hair is amazing. My son said he had the best massage of his life.

It is a new complex that was rented out at the end of 2024. The apartment is new and fresh. It seems that no one lived in the apartment before us. Large bed with great fresh linen. The apartment has everything for living. The apartment is bright and cozy. There is a big balcony that opens up to a beautiful hill. There are no residential buildings in front of the balcony, so no one places your privacy. The balcony is huge. You can spend morning exercises, have dinner, work at a laptop, dry linens. There are swimming pools and sunbeds in the area. There is a gym. However, from the equipment only treadmills and a boxing pear. The house itself is in a quiet place. But you should walk 100 meters, you will find yourself on a busy street. On the street there are bars, restaurants, massage shops, shops and pharmacies. Separately, I want to note the work of the landlord. He was always in touch and responded to our requests in a timely manner. I envy those who will stay at this beautiful place. Recommended!
