Very nice place to stay if you don't want to be disturbed. Cozy place, good society, peaceful place, decent connectivity to the local train station. Anupam and Kamini are responsive and helpful. Most important: this is not a generic property that investors manage, but a well maintained one which felt like home. I think the aspect of cleanliness could be improved. but I am sure the hosts will take care of it in future.

Quiet, Cozy and Private is how I would describe the accommodation. Everything essential is provided and is in good condition. You have to manage your own toileteries. Checkin is easy as a breeze. Parking is on the road and is generally available. However the accommodation does not have any lift but is easily accessible since it is on the 1st floor. I was traveling alone but the accommodation is more than enough for a couple. Kitchen with RO, refrigerator is fully functional while groceries are easily available. Value for money in Belapur is how I would summarize it.

Mani is a wonderful host .. and the property is exactly the same as mentioned in description... Would highly recommend this place..

We were in the process of migrating to mumbai and Pankaj’s place was of great help in settling down in Mumbai. My small child did not even want to leave the place as she was extremely comfortable. Everything was quite new over there and the place was like as it was in the pictures exactly.

We had a great stay at this place. Smooth self checked in and easy to reach the location. Host was too helpful and friendly. We didn't feel as we were new to this place as family Residencial neberhood mind all own business. It's fully independent house small and sweet beautifully decorated home away home. We recommend this place to everyone coming to Navi Mumbai for short or long stay with five star ratings. Grocery blinkit sweegy zomato everything delivery on door bell and market is nearby walkable. Had a fantastic stay at this well-maintained and beautifully furnished 2BHK. Spacious rooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and spotless bathrooms made it feel like home. Great location—peaceful yet close to markets and cafes. Highly recommend and would love to stay again!

I like the Amit place, it matched with description he has shared. Just keep in mind the delivery will take 35-40mins to deliver so order according to time. But other then that is best place to stay and it is peaceful to walk around.

We had an awesome experience at this property, the property was easy to find , plus it is exactly what was shown in the photos , the highlight being the balcony a lovely and maintained space to enjoy evenings . The hosts are very kind and responsive. The property is worth the money and is squeaky clean would highly recommend everyone to experience it .

Second visit for my parents! Great value for money. Would have loved a little more flexibility with check-in and checkout. But we totally understand, as this is a busy neighbourhood with too many bookings. Overall, a good experience.

It is a very nice and cozy place. I travel to Mumbai often, and always try to stay in West Bandra. Beautiful and peaceful area with a lot of places to see, or just walk around. I loved this apartment a lot, it has a unique combination of privacy, but you somehow feel included in the life of the neighborhood. A very nice set up with personal entrance, 'hut' type room with high roof, and wooden window shutters - really cozy and special. Amenities are in good order and very decent. The only thing I was missing is water filter, which I am used to see in Mumbai apartments, though the host or housekeeper was thoughtful to provide several bottles of drinking water when I checked in - much appreciated. The place was clean, no issues whatsoever. The house staff guy who helped me with check in and check out was very friendly and caring, thank you. All in all - highly recommended!
