Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Kho Hong

Stayed here for 5 days and 4 nights, it was such a great experience. The location is great, 5 mins drive from city center, you can always take a grab or maxim from here. Everything is provided in the room except the iron that is in the living room or common room. This unit is on third floor so if you have toddler or senior citizen travelling with you, it's best to book the other room that they have. I would stay here again if I'm planning to go to Hat Yai in the future.

The best choice. Such a nice place and hosts. The location is even better than central, because it’s a cheap region, still with easy access to downtown. Clean, fast internet, privacy, and nice people!! Couldn’t recommend more 🙏🏼🙏🏼

Very great location. Soo much better than we expected. Very nice place, just like a hotel. In front of 2 cute cafes. Can walk to Cheevit Cheeva! Can fit at least 5 person comfortably! Provide us drinks and instant noodles too. Love this place! Got parking also!

Great place to stay with family max 5 pax. This is my second time staying here in hatyai. Will be my fav place to stay every time i come visit hatyai. Kien is such a kind hearted host i requested for early check in and we got to check in earlier. I requested for birthday suprise for my brother on the day check in and yes he did 🥹 im so touched and my brother so happyy. Thank you for the good place to stay and so grateful to meet great heart host like kien

What an absolute gem this place is! It's everything you want from a home - the room, the workdesks(!), the kitchenette, the patio/balcony, the bathroom, everything was great. I struggle to find a fault in any of the amenities! The location is also very good. Surrounded by local eateries and convenience stores. It's a 20 minute walk from the city center, 5 minutes from the bus terminal and 25 from the train station. It's not in the absolute center but it's so close and that's the best thing you could ask for in Hat Yai. We will return to Hat Yai even if I only to stay again. Honestly, we've been to pretty much everywhere in SEA and Chong's place trumps all. 10/10!

Host is an excellent and friendly , good place near to the town everthing from check out to check in is frictionless. The house is the same as in the photo Highly recommend for anyone looking fir a pleasant and hassle free experience

The house was just like the listing, clean, fully furnished, and really spacious. There’s a big dining area, comfy living room, and 5 bedrooms. We had everything we needed, and although there were some ants, it wasn’t a problem as long as we kept food properly. The villa is in a quiet, private area. You’ll need to drive about 7–8 minutes to get to Big C Supercenter or any shops. It felt safe, with CCTV around, and there’s plenty of parking inside the gate. We didn’t meet the host in person, but communication was fast and friendly. Overall, a comfy and pleasant stay!

it was the best accommodation, and the best hostess! separate rooms with kitchen and smoking, separate room for breakfast, the accommodation smelled very tasty, everything was fresh and clean, and beautiful ❤️We were met at the bus station and taken to the next place to live, although it was hard to find. All questions and requests were answered immediately! And she has the best bike in town. Simply the best place to live and the coolest hostess. thanks a lot for everything 💛🤗

The host Tippy is very friendly and responsive. Rooms are very clean, toilet also very clean. Kitchen comes with most utensils, location is nearby a lot of things
