This family home is within two miles of the medieval village of Carlingford and the home of some of the finest restaurants and bars on the North East coast. Enjoy the excellent quality food and service with the famous locally grown Carlingford oysters washed down with locally brewed beers. Take the local fifteen minute ferry ride and you will arrive at the Royal County Down golf club. Should you prefer things to be a little less hectic , take one of the many hiking trails just outside your back door, or retire to the sun room to read and relax. Alternatively , just meander through the beautifully matured Ros Cottage garden all lovingly planted by the owner. This is a very unique and beautiful home with an abundance of character. It is extremely well appointed with full open plan kitchen, dining room, sun room , utility room and three bedrooms. My place is close to restaurants and dining, family-friendly activities and art and culture. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers and families. If you love nature, beautiful walks and fishing then this would be an ideal location for you! Game of Thrones fans would also think it a good spot. Please note there is one bedroom with a queen bed downstairs and a day bed which can be made into two singles upstairs. There is no door between.
