The Villa is ideally situated, right on the Waterford Greenway, a stones throw from the village of Kilmacthomas. The house has a large kitchen, sitting room and garden for guests to enjoy. There is direct access on to the Greenway and is located half way between Waterford and Dungarvan, just off the N25. We are a short distance from the Comeragh mountains and The Copper Coast. Kilmacthomas has a selection of coffee shops and bars. There are wide range of restaurants and other amenities near by.

The Cowshed Cottage is a lovingly restored Milking parlour with one bedroom, a bathroom & large living area with fully equipped galley kitchen, wifi, sofa that converts to a large double bed, underfloor heating & air con. It retains some of its original features while having every modern convenience. It's little front garden is perfect for your morning coffee. Kilmacthomas is the half-way point on the Waterford Greenway (46km of former railway line from Waterford City to Dungarvan). Entry to the Greenway is just opposite the property. Situated a two minute walk to the local supermarket, cafe, pub and fish and chip shop. No smoking. No Pets. 2 nights minimum stay.

Wiith a brand new kitchen, Browns cottage is located in the tranquil Irish village of Annestown, The cottage is an ideal location to explore the Copper Coast Geopark. Annestown beach is 200 metres away, and the Copper Coast coastal drive has been voted the best in Ireland. Take a stroll to Dunhill Castle, the traditional seat of the Power clan. Explore the many beaches and coves between along the coast. The Comeraghs mountains are short distance away, as is the Deise Greenway.

This is the only property in Stradbally that is a member of both Failte ireland and the ISCF. The house is located in the centre of the multi award winning Georgian village of Stradbally very close to the Waterford’s Greenway and along the Copper Coast. Monavaud Lodge is located in a peaceful rural location away from our busy lives, however just a mere 15 minutes drive from Dungarvan town centre where you will find a host of shops and restaurants for all to enjoy.

The Outhouse is located in our garden and guests have use of a private outdoor sitting area and parking . Stradbally village and both village beaches are 5 and 10 minutes walk away. The coastline between Stradbally and Tramore is stunning and unspoilt and the Comeragh Mountains are only a short drive. Access to the Greenway and bike hire is a 10 minute drive. The medieval seaside town of Dungarvan is a 20 minute drive, and the medieval city of Waterford is 35 minutes.
