Come make yourselves at home at our fully self-contained freshly renovated cottage with beautiful views overlooking Feilding with private off-street parking in front of cottage. With everything you need provided to make yourselves breakfast. It's a 15min walk (3 minutes by car) to the centre of Feilding where the farmers markets are held on Fridays. 7-minute drive to Manfeild Park 16-minute drive from Palmerston North airport. There is additional parking if required (please advise if needed)

The Historic Shearers Quarters are located 11 kms from SH1, on a working farm that has remained in the family for four generations. We are based in the beautiful Kawhatau Valley. A unique accommodation in the heart of the Rangitikei. Light the old shacklock stove, sit back and enjoy peace and quiet- all while only 10 mins from the superb Dukes Roadhouse Cafe. Please note this is a Historic Shearer's Quarters. If you have mobility issues please be aware there are no ramps and only steps.

Self Contained in Feilding

My husband and I welcome you to friendly Feilding. Our sleep out has an ensuite (shower, vanity, toilet), TV, wardrobe and queen bed with linen and towels. There is a jug with mugs, tea/coffee/milk and a fridge. There are no cooking facilities. The sleep out is separate to the house so you can come and go as you please. Easy self check in/out. My mum is a co-host so it really is family run. NB; breakfast isn't included and due to working full time, check in is from 5pm. Thanks :)

Our restored shearers quarters are modern, warm, bright and comfortable. Double glazed, fireplace, insulated, infinity gas and beautifully decorated. We have free Wifi. ChromeCast on the TV. "The Unit" is a Private self contained space away from the main house at the rear of the Garage. It is cosy with views of the countryside. Located 3 minutes up the hill from Taihape township. The Unit gives you all the comforts of home on your journey so you can relax and enjoy your stay. Taihape is a farming town and with the Main Highway going right through it's centre, plenty of choice for dining out. Taihape is commonly Warm summer and cold winter weather. We cater for both.
