Great weekend getaway! A great spot to spend a weekend out of Sydney, amongst the treetops. Lots of lovely little homely quirks. Great kitchen. Lovely balcony. Easy drive to Avoca or Copacabana beaches. Lovely to be able to bring our dog.

You want to stay here. The Sandstone Cottage has an exceptional view and an ideal location. The dwelling is well maintained, very clean and perfectly serviced. Being able to use the provided water toys and kayaks was a bonus for our kids. We found the Sandstone Cottage to be comfortable because of how familiar everything was to us, and convenient because of how the space was so sensibly laid out. There is beauty inside and outside of this house. It rocks.

Our stay at the Redhead Beach House was fantastic. The house itself was well designed, spacious, clean and beautifully decorated. We were welcomed with a platter and wine waiting for us and everything was well stocked and easy to find. Great selection of board games, table tennis and arcade game meant there was plenty to do when we were at the house. The area was beautiful and quiet. A great beach over the road - both our 11 year old daughter and our dog loved it! Overall, I would highly recommend. Thank you Natalie and Collin for your hospitality.

Helen and her staff were very professional and responsive! The view was also absolutely amazing and it’s located very close to Gosford! The home was gorgeous and you can expect nothing but kindness from Helen and her staff. Would 10/10 recommend :)

What a remarkable location - and a unique way to access the tree house via boat. Berowra Waters is a stunning place, and having your own little boat tied up to the jetty to jump into for a peaceful explore of the water at any time was definitely the highlight of the stay. The house is lovely and nestled in high trees and bushland with expansive views up the river, with the afternoon sun reflecting the undulating ripples of the water onto the ceiling of the lounge room like a meditative slideshow. The indoor fire was super cosy, with plenty of wood supplied. Outdoor bath was a treat even on a cold night. It was fun to be picked up and dropped back at the marina by knowledgeable locals - very friendly and helpful. Loved every moment !

Beautiful house, lovely views of the water and river. Interior was coastal and homey- felt like I could have lived there but still had a clean and clutter free space. Would stay again for sure!

This house is amazing! The views are so incredible, from the moment you walk in- you’re fixated with looking out over Newport! Lee was easy to communicate with and responded to all our requests very quickly. Definitely would stay again.

Rex and Georgie's is a cute and private space with a beautiful garden. We loved how close it was to the beach and the thorough guide handbook. Overall, the space was very clean and tidy. Communication was prompt and polite. A couple of minor points to note: the mini fridge is a little noisy and distracting in the night. The bed linen smelled a little mouldy; we have allergies but it was tolerable.

Bonny"s place was perfect for our stay with our 2 golden retrievers. We were in driving distance to the beaches, parks and dog friendly cafes and restaurants. There was an enclosed backyard for our pets to play. The flats design, and flooring was pefect for our goldens. The cosy flat was large enough, one level and the floors were easy to keep clean. Bonny spoilt us with yummy human treats and little extras like an umbrella, eatery recommendations and a relaxing area to sit with view to a beautiful garden. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud, soft and cosy, we slept extremely well 😴. Bonny was contactable and responded quickly to our questions. All these things made our stay very enjoyable. we stayed at Villa Nessa for a bucks weekend with 14 guys, and it was absolutely perfect. The house was immaculate, spacious, and felt more like a home than a rental. There were plenty of comfortable beds, large living areas, and a fully equipped kitchen that made group meals easy. The spa was a standout feature—hot, clean, and ideal for relaxing after a long day. The location was quiet and peaceful, yet still close to everything we needed. Although we didn’t meet Vanessa in person, she was an exceptional host. Her communication was prompt, polite, and super helpful from start to finish. She made everything smooth and stress-free, even with a large group. It’s clear she puts a lot of care into making the home welcoming and comfortable. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate our mate’s upcoming wedding. Highly recommended to any group looking for a clean, relaxing, and well-managed stay. Would definitely return to Villa Nessa

Neil was an excellent host, very accommodating and accepted our very last minute booking. The pool table was great and well maintained, as was the hot tub. The stay was clean and very comfortable, everything you could need! Espresso machine, milk and some condiments in fridge, bottled water too. And reassurance in the welcome book about precautions taken to keep spiders at bay (i’m a recovering aracnaphobe). Bed was comfortable, shower was great and great water pressure. I think this place is an absolute steal of a deal! We only spent a short stay here on our way through from the Gold Coast to Victoria, but we will definitely be back! Thanks Neil!!

We loved staying at Shauna's place in Spencer. A lovely secluded house and cabin in Breakfast creek. the house is expansive and cosy with plentiful amenities. We loved feeding and petting the beautiful horses as well - Molly was definitely the most inquisitive ❤️

Wonderful hosts and truly very kind and considerate. Very comfortable cottage in a lovely Garden setting. Unfortunately was not pool weather when we visited but it looked stunning.

We had a wonderful stay at Yatta Cottage! Even though it rained for most of our trip, we were more than happy to stay in and relax in Josette’s cosy and comfortable cottage. It truly felt like a home away from home. The ambiance was incredibly calming, especially the garden and pond in the backyard. Our dog, Cabanossi, had the best time exploring. The front and backyards are private and secure. The cottage was well-equipped with basic necessities and there was also Netflix ready to go, which made our lounge days even better. The location is super convenient, close to shops, the dog-friendly Avoca Beach, and a nearby reserve perfect for walks. Josette was a fantastic host, very accommodating and gave us great local recommendations, not only for food but also for dog-friendly places to visit. We really appreciated the thoughtful touches like the welcome bubbly, Easter chocolates, and even treats for our pup! We’re already looking forward to coming back with family. Highly recommend!

Sean’s tiny home is the perfect “off grid” romantic getaway. Very cosy and well thought out. The fire tub is an awesome touch. He had it warmed up when we got there and we heated it up for a couple more hours later at night and it was super relaxing. Can’t wait to come back.

We love staying in this beautiful little place. Neat and clean. Our little greyhound loved it too. Bob and Rita are very friendly and pro-active hosts. Their place is also so close to the beach. We had a great time. Highly recommended!

Very neat, clean tidy, comfortable home. Lovely covered deck, garden shower, entertaining areas. Drive vehicle into secure property. Beautiful coastal well presented couples get away. The outdoor fire pit is inviting. Short walk to wharf, shops at Empire Bay. Restaurants and cafes, beaches a short drive away. Excellent hosts.
