One of a greatest holidays! A nice, well kept house with the most beautiful view ever! The children loved the sheep, cats and chicken (and also the horses, which spent also some time in the area). We had very lovely hosts, with whom we fished crawfish in the night and who invited us to taste them. We were allowed to use kayak and rowboat, what has been the guarantee for many entertaining hours on the lake. Finally, the weather has been on our side. Thank you, Elisabeth and Jörgen for this perfect time, 12 points for Sweden!

I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to close to nature, stay in the most beautiful house and explore both nature and Astrid Lindgren's world. Håkan's houses are beautiful and well-maintained, and it felt a bit like living in a museum. We were 8 kids and 7 adults, and everyone had a great time fishing and exploring the huge grounds. Huge recommendation. We will definitely be back.

We were allowed to stay in the house last week and felt very welcome. Already at the time of booking a pleasant and accessible contact with the owner. The house is beautiful and neatly cared for. The location is also nice, minutes from the supermarket and close to all kinds of activities.

The accommodation was beyond expectations, fantastically nice both outside and inside. Plenty of space inside and outside to play for the children, with lots of toys belonging to the house for both indoor and outdoor play. It was incredibly nice that the whole plot was fenced in so the children could play freely. Spacious and well-equipped home. We are completely satisfied with everything, only positive things to say about the accommodation and the host! We will definitely book this accommodation again!

Beautiful location and such an awesome cottage with a great outdoor space for hanging out and playing. It was clean and just as pictured. Ultimate was super communicative and helpful with lots of clear information for arrival, etc.

We are very happy with our stay! The house is incredibly nice by the lake with a cozy swimming area right nearby where the children enjoyed it. Quiet residential neighborhood near the University. Good public transport connections to the city center that is not very close. Very friendly guest and easily accessible. The apartment has everything you need, in fact there was also soap, shampoo, detergents and the basics for cooking. Everything described in the listing is present and working. A supermarket and a couple of restaurants are a minute's walk away. Overall, we had a very satisfactory experience, especially in relation to the price. Definitely recommend to anyone who needs a comfortable foothold near the University.

We had a very nice week in Bart's Villa Kunterbunt. Our 2-year-old son loved the garden and the play area in the attic with play kitchen and wooden train. The house is small but well suited for 3 people. There was a baby travel bed for our son, as he was still too small to sleep in the alcove. Bart was very kind and helpful, phoned us before arrival and explained everything to us. The house is a bit lonely, there are only a few neighboring houses. Nearby there is a lake with a beautiful swimming area, it is 15 minutes to Eksjö and an elk park, and about 50 minutes to Vinmerby, Katthult and Bullerbyn. We will be happy to come back!

Very nice accommodation, perfect for the kids to play in the garden. Lovely with sauna and pool table inside. Well arranged with beds and bed linen. However, the apartment was hot the first night but there was a fan and air conditioning in the bedrooms! 👍

Really nice place, and good communication. We experienced that the next guests arrived before the agreed check-out which was a little strange and we felt a little pressure. We got the impression that they had an agreement with the host that we didn't know about.

We celebrated Christmas and New Year's Eve in this accommodation. We had a wonderful time in this beautiful villa in the middle of nature. There is a lake behind the house and in front of the house you can walk directly into the forest. Perfect! Big plus was that we were allowed to bring our dogs. They also had a wonderful vacation! The house is spacious and comfortable. Ingatorp is a quiet and idyllic place. Nearby, there is a lot to do and see. Everything was in the house and there are two bathrooms. In summary, wonderful house!

Me and my partner plus some friends needed a place quickly and booked this the day before check-in. It was very easy to check in as the host didn't have to be on site to let you in. It was clean and had great amenities at a very good price. Would really recommend it!

Overall, we had a great stay! Beautiful area with a lovely lake. Large area, everything you need is there. The four bedrooms are quiet with comfortable beds. All the guests who slept there were super happy. The camp beds were a little unstable, those who slept there were less satisfied. The extra beds with foam mattresses were not cleaned and prepared when we arrived. Otherwise clean and tidy. Nice host who always answers questions as soon as he can. Would rent again if it was cheaper 😉 (rented as more comfortable accommodation for family and relatives during our wedding nearby, so it had to cost what it cost)

We had a wonderful time in Johan's house. The house and garden are very large and we enjoyed spending a lot of time there. Johan and Anna were easy to reach, very friendly and helpful! We felt very comfortable!

The owner has a beautiful accommodation. We had a great time with her. Unfortunately, I overlooked that we have to clean up after ourselves. This was my fault.

Åsa's house is very charming, with a lovely conservatory where you can sit and enjoy yourself when it rains, lots of games for the garden and nice kitchen all the room. There were fresh flowers when we arrived and Åsa was very flexible with respect to special wishes. Åsa is a very attentive host and the house had everything you need in a home. A warm recommendation from us.

We were with three children for a week in the wonderful house of Rikard. It is a very nicely furnished house with everything you need. Fantastic location with beautiful views of the lake from the terraces. Clear recommendation.
