Holiday rentals with beach access in King County

Excellent location, beautiful views of Lake Washington, super simple checkin/checkout and the host is very pet friendly! Our 10 year old collie stayed with us during this 2 week trip, much better than boarding him and we loved the neighborhood for walks too! 10/10, would highly recommend if you're in the area or traveling with a pet.

The location is beautiful and was a perfect location for adventuring the greater Seattle region. Just the right size for two adults.

A work project in Washington brought me and my team to the Seattle area. I am grateful we found this house. We only got to stay for two nights and there was so much more to enjoy. The balcony overlooked the lake directly behind the house. Even with other houses around it was so serene and pleasant. Our hosts were friendly and communicative, the rates were reasonable, the accommodations met our needs. Next time I come to this area I know where I will look first!

Very beautiful neighborhood location. A short walk down to Washington Lake walking path. Bus or light rain nearby for easy transportation to Seattle sites. This rental is very clean and comfortable. This is our second stay and we will be back. Thank you Lisa for a pleasant getaway.

We had such a fabulous time at Lene’s beautiful home ! Set in the perfect location next to Lake Washington in gorgeous Madison Park, which has wonderful cafes and restaurants. Very spacious and cozy with such a lovely comfy bed and ultra pristine linen. The great kitchen has everything you need and the shower was wonderful. It was extremely quick and easy to get into downtown on the number 11 bus. Lene is such a great super host nothing was too much trouble for her and she even let us use her laundry room which was so kind of her. We would not hesitate to recommend. Marie-Josée was a wonderful host! She was very responsive during the booking process and helped us navigate the location in relation to the activities we had planned. The house was very clean and spacious. The amenities were perfect for what we needed. We picked up groceries at the local Safeway which was within walking distance and made breakfast each morning. The only thing the photos don’t show are the room darkening curtains that have been added which are a wonderful addition for those who want a bit of a sleep in. FYI - This is a $10 uber to a $6 water taxi to the Seattle Pier 50. Then it’s only a 10 minute walk to Pike Place Market. Or, alternatively, a 20 minute walk to T-Mobile Park.

The apartment was exactly as described – very clean and well-equipped. The hosts were super friendly and always easy to reach. I felt completely comfortable and would definitely recommend this place!

Our family had a great time, and enjoyed the space. We played games at the big table and enjoyed our morning coffee at the river. Super close to some popular hikes, and a quick drive to town. Would absolutely stay again!

The home is very quaint with historical charm. It had just the right touch of quirky but still clean and comfortable. The fresh baked treats were a lovely touch. The garden was absolutely beautiful! It is in the perfect location to enjoy the Phinney Ridge area.

We stayed here a week for our grandson's high school graduation and it could not have worked out any better. We were within walking distance of our son in laws home and the area is very peaceful and picturesque. Corie's place is even better than pictured, magnificent backyard, very clean and orderly inside and out. We enjoyed are stay and are looking forward to staying here again in the future.

Although we did not stay at Stephanie and Anthony's place our family did and they raved about it!! Everything was perfect and they had a wonderful time...they especially enjoyed the hot tub! They said the views were spectacular, too!

Brock and Theresa were so welcoming. The house is clean, welcoming and comfortable. The surroundings are beautiful. Our grandson had the best time fishing and playing in the water. We hope to go back!

Great place, great location, within walking distance to many points of interests, public transit right outside the door, essentials are provided so you don't have to pack extras, spectacular top floor view of the waterfront, quiet building, very clean, warm and comfortable "at-home away from home" experience, and the host is very communicative and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

The place was clean and well decorated. It is very noisy but in all fairness. You are located right in the heart of it all. She has ear plugs if you need them and eye covers for sleep. It is literally the perfect spot for enjoying the city. Space needle view right off the balcony. Swimming pool and gym if you need it.

Clean, comfortable, everything you need (including parking)! The view was wonderful. It's nice to see the water and watch the action outside. Easy to walk to Pike Place. Hosts were very responsive and friendly. Thanks for a great stay!

Loved staying at Jeri's place, she is an amazing host, always available, so friendly and funny! Her place is unique and very comfortable -there is a great spa tub i didn't remember being mentioned -could have spent my whole vacay in that tub ! I actually stayed at 2 Airbnb's while in Seattle (the other was not good), would definitely book Jeri's again !

Susannah’s place was perfect for our weekend in Seattle. It was extremely walkable, safe, and hosts were friendly and helpful. The sauna and parking were great amenities included at the condo. There were great restaurants within walking distance, and attractions were easy to get to. The bed was very comfy, and we felt at home.

Caleb’s home was perfect for my stay and was just as it’s described. It was very clean which is something that I always look for in an Airbnb and was beautifully decorated. The kitchen and bathrooms were fully equipped with everything you could need plus more. It definitely felt like a home and not just a place that’s rented out which I absolutely loved. And Caleb was very responsive which was nice as well. I would definitely stay here again.

We loved the modern, brand new decor! The bedding was very luxurious and comfortable… when you have a rental that is right on the train tracks, you have to try to offset the noise, and the hosts did a great job, offering ear plugs and high tech noise reduction/ white noise machines in each bedroom, which worked great ( I chose the babbling brook setting and slept like a baby). I think the train going by only added to the charm! I wish we could have stayed more than one day, will be back for sure!

Everything you need in a well-equipped 1BR, including prime Pike Place location and full amenities in the building, not to mention the fantastic view. The 180° view of the busy harbor is stunning, and there is a Target (with full-service grocery) just downstairs. The large LG TV offers loads of entertainment apps for all ages, and the capacious washer and dryer are a real plus for road warriors. The building has exceptional amenities – gym, pool, community room with deck & BBQ facilities, and a small but full-service business room (computer, copier, scanner, shredder, fax). Listing description and photos are accurate. In sum, this is a far better value than nearby luxury hotels. You will not be disappointed here.
