Holiday rentals with a patio in Kings Beach

The bungalow was a beautiful little getaway. Was nice tidy and clean. Very close to everything you could possible need and a lovely walk to the beach. Will definitely stay here again in the future.

The patio with the many plants is such a lovely peaceful green area to sit and enjoy your morning coffee, and family chat The beds were so lovely and comfy. Will certainly stay here again. A Perfect Coastal Getaway We had an incredible stay at this beautiful apartment in Caloundra! The location is unbeatable – just a short stroll to the beach and town, making it easy to enjoy everything the Sunshine Coast has to offer. The view of the water from the apartment is stunning, and we loved relaxing on the spacious outdoor area, soaking it all in. The apartment itself is huge, impeccably clean, and equipped with everything we needed to feel completely at home. The kitchen is a standout – big, modern, and stocked with generous pantry and fridge supplies, plus a fantastic coffee machine that made mornings extra special. The little luxuries really made a difference, from the dimmed lights creating a cozy ambiance to the large TV and king lounge suite perfect for unwinding. Ross's place is tastefully appointed, with high quality linen and superb views. Walking distance to all local restaurants and bars, it was the perfect spot for a short stay. Ross gave us some recommendations for local eateries and was always responsive. We'd love to stay again.

What an amazing location!!! We felt very spoilt staying here. We enjoyed 2 nights with hubbys parents and it was perfect. Big house, and although it was too cool to swim the kids were still entertained by the pool table and fishing off the pontoon, and the nearby attractions (fyi- the laser tag about 8 mins up the rd is fantastic!) The house was clean, spacious and homely. Kitchen had everything we needed and multiple dining areas to suit every mood. Beds were super comfy, and the double shower was amazing!!! It was so nice to a quick break away and spend our mornings and evenings out the back on the deck overlooking the canal and feeling jealous we didnt have the energy of the locals who were out there paddle boarding up and down all morning. Lucy was extremely helpful with questions and ensuring we enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend and we have already started planning trips back to stay again on our next opportuntity for a quick getaway. Thank you Lucy

We had a wonderful time at Beach Haven. 70's charm with beautiful view of the ocean and short walk to the beach. Our kids loved the snuggly blankets, selection of children's books, and the playground that was right outside.

We had a wonderful stay at Natasha’s place! The house had everything we needed and more. It was beautifully decorated, very clean and so handy for shops and beach. Communication with Natasha was excellent and check in and out couldn’t have been easier. Already been recommending to friends. We’ll be back!!

We booked Matt’s place at the last minute after flooding put paid to our planned trip to NSW. It was perfect - a well-appointed, spotlessly clean hideaway in a whisper-quiet neighbourhood with two dog beaches within easy walking distance. Highly recommend the breakfast/brunch at the Giggling Goat and dinner at Nick’s Pizza, both about 500m from the front door. Matt was a responsive host with check-in a breeze. Highly recommend!

Wendy and her husband are the best airbnb hosts we have ever had. They went the extra mile to make us feel right at home and provided us with excellent recommendations for the area. The house and location is absolutely incredible and very well kept, we would recommend as a place to stay for anyone😊

Great location in Kings Beach, short 3 min stroll to main beach and cafes. Unit is very well appointed with modern appliances which would make a longer stay very convenient, particularly the large fridge freezer. Bedrooms are nice with ceiling fans for cooling. Host is very responsive and and accommodating when possible eg early late check in. Parking on site is a little tight but we were able to park close by in public parks. Parking might be an issue if you are coming and going many times a day in peak periods. There are a few flights of stairs to negotiate up to the living area and then again for the bedrooms. Overall we felt is was excellent value and location for such short notice at this time of the year. Thank-you Maryloo.

This is the second time I’ve stayed here. This apartment is in an amazing location with a fabulous pool, great for swimming laps and for kids. It’s a quick walk to the beach. I stayed for 2 months while visiting family nearby. Hank and Hailz are fabulous hosts, a real pleasure to deal with. I will stay here again.

Great location. Easy walk into Mooloolaba. Clean, fantastic views, great no hassle communication. Had everything that we needed for a short 3 day stay. Would definitely recommend.

Terry’s home was absolutely beautiful, very modern and stylish. We felt right at home and very comfortable. She went above and beyond in the things that she offered. The unit is very modern with automated smart home devices, comfortable beds and everything one could possibly need in a kitchen (even a treat in the freezer for my boys) and Devine coffee for us. Thank you so much Terry, we will most definitely be coming back.

We had the most wonderful stay at this lovely apartment during the Easter holidays! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The space was very comfortable for our whole family. Everything we needed was thoughtfully provided — from a fully equipped kitchen to nice and clean linens. The location was perfect — peaceful yet conveniently right at Mooloolaba esplanade, making it easy to explore and enjoy the area. Communication with Gysbert was seamless; he was friendly and responsive and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. We left with such lovely memories and wouldn’t hesitate to return. Highly recommend this gem of a place to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable getaway!
