Fantastic walkable location! Everything you need is provided, comfy bed, with secure parking and available laundry. This was the perfect base for me while visiting Perth for a week. Host was very protective and helpful.

Lovely apartment with everything you can think of - cooking utensils, cutlery, toiletries even charging cables. Clean and bright, exactly like that photos we had good rest over the 5 days. Abit of a walk to supermarkets, but as the weather is so cooling we didn’t mind the walk. While we stayed for 5 days, we made special requests to have extra towels so we could change them. We were told to wash them instead.

Great location and easy walk into Perth CBD

Love this place, near to Kings Park and not that far from the city too. It's a great place to stay if you love being in a quiet environment and still having a degree of accessibility.

Its been a great experience staying over at Matt & Nez's apartment. Spotless, neat and very well-equipped apartment at a convenient location. Everything in the house were same as described and there were a lot more on top of these - extension sockets with usb ports, travel adaptors, water pitcher with filter, welcome fruits tray, milk, nespresso pods, bottle of red wine, books & games for all ages, travel guides, transport maps, islands & city maps catergorised by zones, and even down to little details such as sunscreen for kids and a folder of instruction manuals for almost all the appliances in the apartment. Matt & Nez are very communicative, sending us all the clear check-in instructions and travel information days ahead, giving us ample time to prep and making check-in a breeze. Parking lots provided are very accessible to the lift lobby, hence much less hassle moving luggages around. We highly recommend this bnb and will definitely return again!

Had a fantastic stay at Aleksandra Airbnb. The check-in process took some time as we had to figure out where to collect the keys and the carpark entrance is at an earlier junction but Aleksandra gave clear instructions, and communication was prompt and friendly throughout. The neighborhood was quiet yet conveniently located, with great cafés and shops just a short walk away. Thanks again for a wonderful stay!

Thank you so much to Mark for hosting us and show us to our apartment personally. The apartment is clean with wonderful view which oversee the city. Mark had been very helpful and responsive which made the check in smoothly on a rainy day. Location is walkable distance to the almost everything. Totally loved it.. We will definitely reached out to Mark again when we are back in Perth.

The place was as described, with a spacious balcony offering great views. Living area was a good size. The apartment is located in a quiet building with no noise issues. The area is pleasant for walking, with a park and river views nearby. An excellent French bakery is within a 10-minute walk (it is on Rachele's suggestion list). Rachele was responsive and helpful. Overall, a good experience.

Loved this place, perfect location in Perth!! So clean and tidy!!

absolutely loved my stay here, I was at this property for 6 weeks so really wanted somewhere that felt homely, which this place did. as soon as I got to the property and seen my welcome sign I knew I'd picked a great place. For location, you are literally across the road from kings park and are right beside the city. During my time there I got 2 complimentary house cleans and each time I was left with snacks, fresh water, milk, toilet roll which I was not expecting.. so it was a really lovely personal touch. Also provided, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, plenty of towels and a fully kitted out kitchen. The home is just like the pictures, it is very quirky and unlike anywhere I have stayed before, it keeps you occupied on what little hidden features you are going to find. Plenty of room to park my car and a lovely little outdoor seating area. Would 100% stay again. thanks!

The apartment is clean, easily accessible and homely. It comes with everything we needed for our stay. I can imagine staying there for months and will recommend to anyone. Some downsides: The apartment shows some signs of aging. There is intermittent low humming sounds from what we thought was from the boiler all the time, which may bother some people.

Had a wonderful stay at Matt's place! Everything was walking distance and the studio was super cozy! Matt was always responsive and so friendly. Highly recommended this place to anyone. Thank you Matt for making my time in Perth wonderful 😊

Close to shops and restaurants ! Short walk to the Bell tower. The apartment was equipt with everything we needed . our trip was so special and think the apartment made helped to make lovely memories this was a friends reunion Two from the uk one from Perth one from Melbourne . Evelyn the host also gave us complimentary late check out till 11am Which was much appreciated My husband booked this for us as we live in Perth . The apartment is located in an ideal spot in Northbridge. Every detail of this apartment has been meticulously crafted. The joy of using the coffee machine each morning was unmatched. Shabi, the host, went above and beyond by offering assistance even up to my check-out, giving me a ride, for which I am very grateful. I am already longing to return to this wonderful place.

Absolutely stunning views and incredible touches especially the design, flow of the residence, deck overlooking the ocean and the jacuzzi! Well worth it!

There aren’t enough characters available to describe how beautiful this apartment is .. the view, outdoor area and spa are amazing .. the kitchen and Bbq area is fully equipped . The bed and pillows are the best you can get . There is nothing negative to say about this property, the owners genuinely care about their guests . I would highly recommend this apartment. We are from Brisbane , but the next time we go to Perth this will be our go to accommodation

Beautiful apartment-well kept and maintained. Instructions were spot on. View was spectacular and it was incredibly comfortable. Unfortunately the clothes dryer wasn’t working, but other than that it was flawless!
