Beachfront holiday rentals in Kings Point, Delray Beach

I took my teenage girls here for our summer vacation. The location was perfect. The condo and pool was exactly as pictured. The beach is walking distance. My girls lived there lights (in their words “it was an entire vibe”). Joe and Cindy were super responsive to the questions I had. I highly recommend!!

Jenny responded quickly to any questions I asked and made sure we had what we needed. You can tell she makes her guests a priority!

It was a great experience — the apartment matched the description perfectly. I was extremely satisfied: pleasant, beautiful, comfortable, it felt just like home. I truly enjoyed spending time in that apartment and would definitely do it again. A small vacation that was absolutely worth it. Very satisfied — I highly recommend it to everyone.

The location couldn’t have been better just one block from the beach, which made it so easy to enjoy morning walks on the sand or catch the sunset in the evenings. The apartment itself was spotless, cozy, and had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. One of the highlights was the beautiful pool — clean, quiet, and perfect for lounging on warm afternoons. Plus, the area around the apartment is full of great spots within walking distance: cute cafes, delicious restaurants, and fun shops I didn’t need to drive anywhere the entire trip! The hosts were incredibly welcoming and made sure everything was perfect from check-in to check-out. I’d highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and convenient beachside escape. I can’t wait to come back!

The place was beautiful, clean and comfortable. Everything and more was there for us. We literally didn’t have to think about a thing. They even had a full fridge of refreshments and snacks set out for us. They responded to my messages in seconds and were beyond accommodating. I would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful, safe, clean with a super convenient location. The building has upgraded security since becoming Lyfe. The elevators were all working and very clean! This is the 3rd time we've stayed at this building. It's truly perfect on many levels! We will definitely be back!! We have no complaints at sll to report.

The house is well-appointed and has all the amenities you need. The pool is clean and has a salt-water system, which is terrific. Leo's team is very responsive and helpful and they don't have a long list of chores for you to do on checkout.

Initially I was skeptical knowing it was an older motel back in the day BUT for 1-2 people who will be out and about most of the day THIS is PERFECT! All amenities as stated. Walk to restaurants one block/ across the street. Relatively quiet for where it is located. Todd and Cecile responded promptly when I asked questions and she let me check out an hour later with no problem. It was great!

We had a beautiful stay. Great communication and very clear instructions for check-in/out. A fantastic host who has thought of everything you could want or need. We loved having a beach cart, chairs and umbrella available for the short walk to the beach! Our room was very clean, comfortable and quiet. We would definitely recommend a stay at kandazen

Absolutely amazing stay at this Airbnb in Fort Lauderdale! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by how spacious and clean the place was. We were a group of six, including three of us experiencing Florida for the first time, and this Airbnb couldn’t have made a better impression. The layout was perfect for a group, with plenty of room to relax, and the location was just unbeatable — right across from the beach, with incredible views. One of our favorite parts was the tiki bar downstairs — such a fun and convenient spot to hang out without having to go far. And, the Mahi Mahi fingers were sooo delicious. The valet service was also a great touch, making it super easy to come and go without any stress. We loved exploring the nearby restaurants and beachside spots, all just a short walk away. We have stayed here before last year and enjoyed the stay again this time. Very comfy king size bed and pillows are comfy as well. Walking distance to the beach. Pool was plus. Walking distance to great food and bars. Highly recommended.

We stayed for 3 nights. check in was easy, front desk very professional and comfortable with airbnb guests. Easy to use the pool area the gym and all of the things the building offers. the apartmant has an amazing wiew and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. place was clean our host Martha was fantastic with super quick straight forward responses. Our family of four adults plus one toddler was extremely comfortable during our week long stay at this house. Bedding was comfortable, and each bedroom had its own bath. Pompano beach was a quick, easy 7 minute drive with easy affordable parking w lots of restaurants, playground and splash pad for our toddler. There were no crowds at all on the beach, no waits in the restaurants even without a reservation, but we went the week before Memorial Day. Weather was perfect. Ocean was a beautiful shade of emerald w gentle waves. The pool was warm w plenty of comfortable seating on the pool deck. Pool towels provided. Bath towels were big and fluffy. Kitchen had most gadgets needed to cook at home. The neighborhood is peaceful, and backyard was a quiet, private tropical oasis.

Great condo. Weather didnt cooperate so we were in the condo quite a bit. Great place to be rained out. Will definitely go back again. Host was great to deal with and the place was spotless.

This was the most amazing Airbnb that we have ever stayed in for family of 5 adults. Every detail made our stay feel like a resort vacation. The communication and responsiveness was amazing! Every fancy item in the kitchen you would ever want including a nespresso machine, tons of pool towels, beach accessories, all high quality hair dyers, steamers, so many tvs, a speaker and even a bench and weight set. They literally thought of everything! The pool and outside seating areas made our stay even more perfect. We essentially lived in the pool! We didn't want to leave. We would go back in a heartbeat! Thank you for an amazing kick off to our crazy summer!

We stayed at Derek’s house for almost 14 days and we all loved it. Such a beautiful home and even better in person than the pictures! The house had everything we needed and more. We had the most incredible stay at this luxurious studio near the beach! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the comfort and style of the space—but what truly stole our hearts was the breathtaking view of the lighthouse, visible right from the window. It was like something out of a postcard, especially during sunset. The private beach access was such a treat. We loved it so much that we ended up going down there several times a day—so often, in fact, that we actually lost the keys! Thankfully, our host, Amy, was absolutely lovely and incredibly understanding. She handled the situation with such grace and kindness, which made us feel completely at ease. If you’re looking for a peaceful escape with unbeatable scenery and a genuinely warm host, this is the place. We’re already dreaming about our next visit!

The location to the beach was amazing. This was perfect for a chill beach vacation with clear water and perfect warm breezes. We may come back one day!
