Waterfront holiday rentals in Kingscliff

Accidentally I chose the right time of year to visit Kingscliff, which was wonderful!!- not too many people about, peaceful, calm and beautiful. Loved watching the Pelicans on the river sitting out in the garden area. The smell of the sea air delicious! The unit fantastic with so many useful amenities …. I didn’t want to leave!! . Steve very patient with the non technical brain!!

This stay was absolutely amazing!! if I had any questions regarding the property the host would get back to me almost immediately making it very easy. The Airbnb was very beautiful and amazing views! I will definitely come here again and recommend to everyone!!!!

The location of the accommodation was outstanding. The view is to die for we pretty much had the pool to ourselves and when we shared the rest of the guests were very respectful. If you are looking for a family friendly place to stay.. this is the place

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Self check in was easy to access, apartment was clean and comfortable with a beautiful view of the ocean. Amenities in the hotel building were lovely; pool, spa, sauna and gym. The location was perfect, close to endless cafes, activities and the beach. No parking available on site however ample overnight parking available at Bruce Bishop Carpark less than 5 minute walk away and reasonably priced. Would definitely stay again!

What a gem this place is - best views in the house. We had a wonderful stay over the Easter Long weekend and love everything about it. Close to restaurants, beach, creek, walking trails. The apartment was equipped with everything we could want. We would have no hesitation in recommending to others or staying here again. Thans Anne

Beautiful apartment with amazing views from every room including the bathroom. Best location in Broadbeach, on Oracle Blvd with top restaurants, eateries, shops & supermarket right on your doorstep & the beach across the road.

Exceptional view and location. Apartment is modern and clean and spacious with fabulous facilities available for guests including spa, sauna and pool. We have stayed in this building before on a previous holiday and loved it so much we had to come back.

Absolutely loved our stay at Helen’s place in Burleigh Heads! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed by refreshing sea breezes and sweeping views to die for. The apartment was impeccably clean, with every detail thoughtfully considered. Helen’s beautiful styling created a space that felt luxurious yet homely — a true coastal sanctuary. The balcony quickly became our favourite spot — perfect for soaking in the sun, sipping a morning coffee, and watching the surfers and the passing parade below. We also enjoyed daily walks along the headland, taking in the breathtaking beauty of Burleigh and its surrounds. Helen was a wonderful host — warm, responsive, and respectful of our privacy. If you’re after relaxation, style, and that unbeatable Burleigh vibe, this is the place. Can’t wait to return!

Fantastic place, spacious, clean and great outdoor decking and pool areas. House has all needed amenities including good laundry and is very private. Access was easy and plenty of parking available. Perfect for families. Location is 3 mins from Benowa Village shopping centre which is very convenient. Support and communication from Janett was also great. We had a wonderful stay!

The property was perfection for a holiday stay!! Everything was just right, the pool and back view was amazing. It was in a great area where everything was easy to get to. The host is absolutely outstanding and helpful. 10/10 would recommend 😍

My family and I had a wonderful time at Matts place. The property was just as Matt described it. We had our 8 month old grandson with us and we had use of a travel cot and high chair which was perfect. If you are ever looking for somewhere to stay on the Gold Coast be sure to book this place.

Perfect location with the beach so close. We had our baby and 2yr old so the little yard was perfect to keep them contained and not a long walk back from the beach. Minimalist and simple furnishings. Communication was great too. Would stay again!

We can where for a family trip where we had multi generations all staying together. This house was perfect! When I say this house had EVERYTHING thought of for children I am not exaggerating! You literally could just turn up with kids and know you are sorted. From bikes, paddle boards, surfboards, lifejackets, pool and beach accessories all the way to kids cutlery and plates they really thought of everything. We had an amazing afternoon using the 10 bikes to go on a family bike ride to Cabarita. We had our youngest rider at 14 months and oldest at 73! My husband took a surf board and had a surf at the other end while we played with the kids under the beach umbrella. Do yourself a favour and stay here it was heavenly! Thanks Kate, you’ve done an amazing job.

Second stay at this amazing place! Kynan was very responsive to our queries and the house is set up so well. Love the location on the water with beautiful morning and evening views.

Beautiful unit. Photos don’t do it justice. The view is absolutely spectacular and all the finishes were incredible! The bed was very firm (ok for husband not for me) and very squeaky when rolling over during the night. The balcony and the way it opens up provides a beautiful breeze and the fans are wonderful on those warm nights. Jason was wonderful to deal with and very quick to respond. Wish we didn’t have to leave but will return. We met friends for dinner and drinks and they loved it also and will also come stay here next time!

My stay at Peter’s apartment was beyond all my expectations. The apartment was absolutely perfect with magnificent ocean views. The set up was fantastic! With a big screen TV and a king size bed that was to die for. First time I’ve had a proper sleep in 25 years. Amazing!! I honestly couldn’t recommend this apartment enough. I shall be back at every chance I can get. Thank you again for your wonderful hospitality and for allowing me to stay in your beautiful apartment. Cheers, Mark

Sharryn’s place was just beautiful. Great location and such a beautiful well set up apartment. Sharryn was a wonderful host, she met us at the complex and took us to the apartment and showed us the ins and outs. Great stay!

We had a really good 4 night stay. Great location, walking distance to everything. Check in was easy, clear pictures on where to find the keys. Good accom if you have little ones as in the cupboard there were a bucket and shovel, scooters and boogie boards provided. The only downside was there was a smell that lingered around the whole time and no hot water the morning we were checking out so could not shower.

Aaron’s place was great. Beds were comfy, you’ll feel right at home. It has an amazing view of the city and the ocean. It’s close to the beach and shops. We had an awesome stay!

Very easy process. Quick responses. Great location. Value for money. Highly recommend Martin and the apartment.
